ParticipantK&H did say that we would not ‘see’ Pan this season.
They also said that doesn’t mean that we won’t ‘hear’ about him or that they wouldn’t be alluding to him.We ‘saw’ Dr Whale for a full season and then some.
We saw him all throughout eps 5 “The Doctor”….
But, we did not ‘see’ Victor Frankenstein til the very end.I don’t think the hooded guy is Pan, though

ParticipantLike I said, it the the Untold Stories Facebook game that gave it away for me.
Yeah there were a few clues in the app…..including the ‘Blonde/Blond’ patient.
There was also a clue in S1 “The Shepherd”.Wow really, well I’m sorry. I thought it was clear from a while back, way before the promo for episode 5.
Yeah, like I said, me and TheGoldenKey had a theory about it nearly 2 months beforehand 😆

I also called whale being Frankenstein wasn’t it obvious, lol?Obvious? To me and TheGoldenKey it was obvious long before eps 5 aired.
We posted our theory on a few different boards.
You wouldn’t believe how nastily other people disagreed with us….made fun of us.
No one believed us……only a handful of people (literally like 5 or 6 others) shared our thoughts/ideas/enthusiasm/anticipation and/or had similar theories. It was only obvious to other people when the promo gave it away the week before episode 5 aired.
Then everyone and their brother realized he was Victor Frankenstein.

ParticipantAlso, there are only clues from the actual show and watching it unfold to point to him being P.P. that is where this theory comes from.
Read this. There are many more clues than just the ones alluded to on the show 🙂

Plus, the real Neal Cassady was known as the ‘Peter Pan’ of his generation.
The real Neal Cassady has connections to the Grateful Dead, who have connections to LOST’s Geronimo Jackson, who have connections to Neal, Emma and Henry.
Neal lives in NY…….that is where the Peter Pan Bus co. was established in the 1930’s and still exists today.
I believe there’s a connection between Neal and Jefferson because of the cleaners and hatters sign in his apartment.
We know Neal has a connection to August (Pinocchio) and I believe August and Jefferson have a connection because of the deleted scenes with August at Jefferson's house.
In Disney’s version of Pinochio when Jiminy opens the book to begin the story, two other books are visible…..Alice in Wonderland and Pinocchio…….Auguts (Pinocchio) Mad Hatter (Jefferson) and Peter Pan (Neal/Bae).gypsy
ParticipantThe show Belle was watching was “Expose”….which is a fictitious show from LOST….
So, really, it’s a show within a show, within a show 🙂gypsy

How many of these hints were hints specifically to the Peter Pan character and not Neverland in general, though?Just the fact that his alias is “Neal Cassady” is a direct ‘hint’ to Peter Pan.
And the fact that they stressed Bae’s age as 14.gypsy
ParticipantI don’t think it’s a bad theory.
Actually, I think it would be an interesting spin if Hook turned out to be Peter Pan….especially with these writers.
I love their take on the stories 🙂If Hook was was in Neverland before, how did he get there? Supposedly, beans weren’t in abundance.
If he didn’t need a bean to get to Neverland, why waste the one he had? That bean could have come in handy for Hook at some other point in time….like when he wanted to get to Storybrooke.
He was going to Neverland to stop aging so he could ‘live long enough’ to get revenge on Rumplestiltskin.gypsy
ParticipantHigh five back at ya 🙂

GASP what if Hook is the infamous Peter Pan!?The problem I have with this theory, since I read it a few months ago on another board is….
One of Peter Pan’s main characteristics is that he was a 14 yr old boy.
Hook was already an adult when he went to Neverland.I’m well aware that K&H put their own twist on the stories, but, to change “who” Peter Pan was and what such an iconic character was written to represent would be a stretch, even for these guys.

ParticipantBaelfire may have been Peter Pan for a while, but gave it up when he left Neverland for good.
As soon as I heard they were casting for Felix, I thought the ame thing.
Not only that, but they do love to play with technicalities.
Exactly!
Also, I find the statement from the interviewers a bit odd since K&H are on record as saying they don’t pay attention to fan boards.
