ParticipantIt’s not minor, minute or nitpicking when trying to establish a timeline.

ParticipantCome on…he’s Dr Frankenstein. Me and GoldenKey were right. And Marilou called it, too…waaaaay back, well before the preview blew it. Dr Whale IS Dr Frankenstein.

ParticipantActually, Neal Cassady is a real person. He was the inspiration for the Dean Moriarty character in “On The Road”…as well as the the character Mac (Jack Nicholson) in “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest”, the subject in the Grateful Dead songs – “Cassidy” and “The Other One” and earned the nickname Cowboy in the documentary “Magic Trip” (with the Grateful Dead) where he drove the ‘Further’ Bus from San Fran to NY City.

ParticipantWhy would one of the other kids that August/Pino ran away with be receiving a postcard with the word “Broken” on it? We are not even sure who sent the postcard, yet. I know Bae left way before the curse. The BF told Bae to follow the bean “wherever it leads you”. Bae could also be Peter Pan, if the bean lead him to Neverland, where he spent some time not aging. Peter Pan could travel to ‘our world’. He coulda been in our world when the curse hit, and that’s why he was stuck here, and why the curse led the rest of them to Storybrooke- to our world.
Bae could know about the curse…Jefferson is a realm jumper…he coulda met up with Bae in Neverland and/or our world at any point in time.
There were Wonderland clues in Neal”s apartment….????My friend TheGoldenKey has a great theory- about Bae/Peter Pan/Henry’s father/ Neal Cassady- it’s posted on here.
Her theory is what lead me to look into the Neal Cassady clue……the Grateful Dead, Geronimo Jackson, Peter Pan connections do seem to fit.All speculation, at this point, but that’s the fun part 🙂

Participant🙂 That’s right, Marilou, you were one of the original Dr Frankenstein theorists back in the beginning!
Go Team Frankie!

ParticipantRed Hand poster also looks almost exactly like ‘Mojo Hand’…….which is referenced in another Grateful Dead song (again, The Dead, Geronimo Jackson, Neal Cassady connection)

ParticipantOooooo…Nice catch Marilou 🙂 I missed that one! Awesome – Thanks for that :)….I still think Bae is Neal/PP/Henry’s dad 🙂

ParticipantGeronimo Jackson -probably the biggest/most important LOST tie in so far. Geronimo Jackson is a fictitious band, created for LOST by K&H, based on the Grateful Dead. Emma has a GJ sticker on her car, there was a GJ CD in the contents of Henry’s backpack in the finale and Neal Cassady (NY City guy) has a GJ sticker on his cell phone.
Neal Cassady was the inspiration for Jack Kerouac’s Dean Moriarty in “On The Road”.
Dean Moriarty was the name used on at least 2 of Ben Linus’ passports on LOST.Neal Cassady made a movie/documentary with the Grateful Dead “Magic Trip”…Neal drove the the bus (named) ‘Further’ from San Fran to NY and earned the nick name ‘Cowboy Neal’
The Dead wrote a song about Neal and the trip “The Other One”…some of the lyrics are: “Cowboy Neal, at the wheel,on the bus to Never Never Land.”
The Dead also wrote another song in honor of Neal after he passed away “Cassidy” (spelled diff for a reason that isn’t important to this post).
Sawyer’s baby – momma was Cassidy Phillips on LOST.NY City is where the Peter Pan Bus Company is based and has been since the 1930’s.
There’s also a famous bakery in NY – Peter Pan Pastries. These are some of the reason’s that lead me to think Neal (aka NYC guy) is Peter Pan.
Given the fact that I am totally on board with TheGoldenKey’s theory (and have been since she came up with it in February) that Bae is PP and Henry’s father, and her theory was the inspiration for me to look into these clues and connections: Neal Cassady (aka NYC guy) is actually Bae, who is also PP and at the same time, Henry’s father.
Emma, Henry and Neal are the only 3 ppl to have the Geronimo Jackson connection.
I think Bae is going to turn out to be Neal/PP/Henry’s dad.gypsy
ParticipantGood observation, GoldenKey! The whole ‘window’ thing was so a nod to PP.

ParticipantKalliope – I have been a Dead Head for over 30 years. I have been to many many concerts. I love too many songs to really name a fave, but, “Must Have Been the Roses” and “Steal Your Face” are awesome live!
I totally love that K&H are Dead Heads and created Geronimo Jackson for LOST and carried it over to OUAT. As soon as I saw NY City guy’s name was Neal Cassady, I freaked! I was like, here we go with The Dead 🙂 -
