Are we sure that it is August that is showing the picture of the dagger and that he is showing it to Rumpel? Maybe he is trying to figure out if Rumpel knows or it is Rumpel showing the picture to someone else?

I totally think that Emma believed it a little bit. She was looking through the book trying to find a way to help Mary in this episode.

Copyright laws usually are for the life of the author place 70 years. It is a special case for Peter Pan because the author gave the rights to a hospital and England passed a special law that allows the hospital to get royalties forever. Disney does not own the rights to any of the fairytales though most are in public domain because it has been 70 years since the death of the author. Disney does continue to own the rights to their footage or their names like the names of the dwarfs are Disney property. It is complicated though.

This doesn’t mean that they can never use Peter Pan. They just have to work something out with the copyright owner, the hospital.

It is quite clear to me that the writers do exactly that. They put comments in just to mess with people and not because they are any sort of real clue. That is what makes me think August is not Pinocchio because there are too many clues in that direction. And the writers aren’t trying to help us figure out what is going on they are trying to confuse the issue.

Rumpel doesn’t have a love potion. He has a bottle of love. And the way they showed Rumpel putting it together right after Gold said “You are more powerful then you think” to Emma made me think that bottle of love has to do with Emma. And i still think think it is an ingredient in the curse and that is why Emma is the savior and the breaker of the curse. I don’t think it has to do with Bae.

If Bae is dead then i think he needs to be dead for good. I still think that there is a possibility that Rumpel killed him, but he blames the fairies.

If August is Pinocchio why would he still have wooden parts? That doesn’t make sense to me.

I think there is no chance that Pinocchio got turned into a clock. That seems bizarre. Though i don’t want him to be Pinocchio. And i think the writers have done a lot of meaningless hints in the past so the Pinocchio hints could all be red herrings as well.
