I still say that time in the EF 2.0 moves faster, although Regina should look older then. It would fit as to why Henry has aged when neither Regina, Hook, or Emma had when they visited him in A Pirate’s Life. Maybe the Realm was close to the Edge of Realms where Rumple and Belle were. It also explains Zelena’s line about Robin being 25 in this realm. I also think, due to Alice’s nymph blood, that is why she looks so young when she should be the same age as Emma (or older since I think time moves faster there). I would’ve rather been given this explanation rather than a throw away line about who Lily’s father is.

StahlopParticipantwelp, the storybook has officially closed and with it goes most opportunities for the writers to answer questions we have had. But this episode has opened one final unanswered question I wish the writers would have answered. And quite frankly I think it’s the most important question to be raised on this show ever: WHY DIDN’T MALEFICENT RSVP? She’s out there just flying around so it’s not like she’s doing anything. Maleficent must be really salty
At least she got a mention?
StahlopParticipantSeason One:
Snow and Charming’s falling in love story. They were so cute!
Emma breaking the curse.
Season Two:
Finding out Bae and Neal were the same person.
Cora trying to steal Emma’s heart and it not working.
Season Three:
Emma and Hook’s kiss!
Regina breaking the curse.
Season Four:
Emma asking Hook out on a date (I can, and have, watched that scene over and over).
Evil Snow and Charming. Some of Ginnifer Goodwin’s best acting.
Season Five:
I know I’m in the minority, but I loved the whole Dark Swan and Dark Hook storyline. I still cry at Hook’s death.
James and Cruella in Hades was fun.
Season Six:
Hook’s second proposal to Emma.
The wedding/musical episode.
Season Seven:
The whole episode of Beauty, and I’m not a Rumbelle shipper at all.
Regina reading Henry’s letter.
StahlopParticipantI loved the sacrifice. It made a lot of sense given the relationship Weaver and Rogers had with each other in Seattle. And with Rumple’s relationship with Alice.
Honestly, I didn’t even think of Neal. I wasn’t on the boards during that time, but I hated Neal (although there may have been some residual feelings from his character on True Blood). But to me he was a side note. Once he was gone I didn’t care and I never expected him to be brought up in this episode.
StahlopParticipantHated it. I thought it was ridiculous. And I agree, did anyone think to ask the people of all the realms if this was something they wanted?
May 18, 2018 at 11:10 pm in reply to: 7×22 "Leaving Storybrooke" Favorite/Least Favorite Moments #347457StahlopParticipantAfter liking the last three episodes a lot, I was really hoping for something spectacular this time. But the season 6 finale was so much better.
Liked:
Alice and Robin’s opening scene with Grumpy and Granny. Alice is hilarious.
Robin asking Nook for Alice’s hand in marriage. I really wish we’d ended on that wedding instead of Regina’s coronation.
Getting to see Snow, Charming, Emma, and real Hook again. And another Snow hope speech.
Rumple’s sacrifice and his being reunited with Belle. I’ve never been a Rumbelle shipper, but that was sweet and made me tear up.
Robin returning to Regina in a dream. I’m glad we didn’t see Wish Robin with reformed Evil Queen. I think that would’ve broken Regina’s heart.
Regina’s almost sacrifice with Henry. This season has been very Regina heavy and that was a great parallel to Emma’s sacrifice last season.
Baby Hope! I always wondered why Snow and Charming didn’t name Emma, Hope, so I’m glad Emma and Killian decided to do it.
We got to see kid Neal and Robin! They finally aren’t babies anymore!
Very little Jacinda and Lucy.
Mixed:
Nook is the closest thing to Rumple’s best friend? What is Regina, chopped liver? She’s been through a heck of a lot more with Rumple, good and bad, than Nook has.
So, the Zelena from the point on is 2018 Zelena? We don’t get to see cursed Zelena’s wedding? Is she still in CA or does she get to come over into the new Storybrooke?
I get that Regina was the focus to get Henry to believe again, but would’ve seeing Emma, Snow, and Charming have worked as well?
Disliked:
The marrying of the realms was just too much for me. I found it absolutely ridiculous. And the ‘curse’ to get them there, puh-lease. And did anyone care to ask the people in the other realms if this was something they wanted? I don’t know if I can roll my eyes any harder?
Why does Wish Rumple die of our Rumple dies? I don’t understand the mechanics of this. They should be completely separate entities. I was all for the Wish Realm being basically a Sliders type alternate reality that existed and was only discovered through the Wish, but now they’re apparently connected and nothing about it made sense.
So Wish Rumple’s whole plan was basically to isolate everyone in their own storybook? Would that be each version of the character, or just the ones he had personal contact with. Because when I saw the book with Cinderella’s name, I automatically thought of Ashley/Cinderella and not Jacinda/Ella.
I honestly don’t buy the whole Regina was elected to become Queen of all the Realms. How is this a thing?
Too little of Emma and Hook. I liked the parallel of Emma interrupting the coronation like Regina did to the Charming’s wedding, but it was very cheesy. And Emma’s dress fit her so poorly that I was distracted by it the whole time.
I am sad this is the last episode, but I’m also glad it finally ended because this season wasn’t handled very well. I’m glad everyone got a happy ending of some sort.
StahlopParticipantHow many years has it been in Wish Realm EF, ya’ll?!!! Should Henry even still be a teenager?!!
I think they were in the Wish Realm parallel to 2018, the time they were currently in.
StahlopParticipantWe saw a lot of our old favorite characters come back in the penultimate episode! Which character did you like seeing best? Was it worth having them back for this episode?
I would’ve liked more back story for Pan. How did Rumple capture him? Also, Robbie Kaye looks so different now I didn’t even recognize him. I had to look him up to see if it was the same actor.
I would’ve been all about an Ariel/Nook ship. They were cute together. Do mermaids not age? Because she shouldn’t have been so young otherwise.
And how did Cruella get back to Wish Realm Enchanted Forest? Didn’t she and Ursula get pulled through the portal with Lily when Snow and Charming tried to rid baby in the womb Emma of the potential for darkness?
Of course that just brings up more questions that are probably pointless.
StahlopParticipantI honestly think it is going to have to be a we are both thing. That has been the theme since the very beginning and makes the most sense and has the most consistency.
I agree. The fact that the destruction of the Dark One Dagger means the Wish Realm Rumple also ends totally sells that point. I wouldn’t be surprised if we have our Rumple telling (through helpful flashbacks!) Dark One Rumple about his redemption with both Belle and Bae.
So, what happened when Emma was the Dark One and the dagger was destroyed temporarily after Dark Hook was killed? Was Wish Realm Rumple without his powers for that brief time? Or is this something we aren’t supposed to question.
