The creators of the show stated this in an interview (which I will now go and try to find) that the people of story brooke walked around in a haze. There minds were foggy due to the curse, and they basically walked around like robots, clueless, stuck still in time. Now that Emma has arrived and made time move with her magic, people are changing. Examples would be Cinderella having her baby, Ruby’s characteristics altered a lot, Archie is discovering what kind of person he wants to be, kids are growing up….etc

perhaps Gold will use his favor to ask Emma’s help against August (or whoever it is that Gold is referring to when he says, “I think he’s here to try to kill me.”)
That’s a good idea. Emma did say she is starting to know longer trust August, so she would love an exuse to investigate him.
@slurpeez108 I could also see the favor being about Belle because we have waited so long for him to use the “favor card” so it needs to be for an epic reason. It won't be to stay in SB becuase I have read a spoiler saying that August tells Emma there is a way to get custody of Henry by staying.
This question is a total no brainer for me. Who the *bleep* is August?! *head desk*

I want to know if Rumple will find Belle this season, and if he is now willing to give up his powers for her. I also want to know why the queen is obsessed with apples.Emma is a good guy, and she made it clear when she became sheriff that she wants to play by the rules. So I don’t think Emma would use Gold and his magic because of how the many dangerous consequences it holds. But then agian, if she discoverd he helped snow and charming by telling them about the curse in order to save her, maybe there would be a sort of connection of trust. I don’t know! Tough question!
