It seems unlikely they are going to make special footage for a promo. They usually just use stuff from the episodes.
They’ve had special promos with non-show stuff before. Like Zelena walking into town. And Elsa walking into town with everyone coming out of their various buildings in their fairy tale costumes, seeing her with frost going up on the glass and the paraphrased Milton voice over (Awake. Arise. Or be forever Frozen).

Official OUAT scoop tends to be dry around this time of the year, so I guess there’s only so much that can be reported on and the press are scraping the bottom of the barrel. OUAT scoop should speed back up towards the middle/end of the month, with 5B sooner approaching and all the 100th episode hype.
