I do have to wonder if any sort of official confirmation or denial will be made via TVLine, EW, ETOnline, or any other news site before 5B premieres. Speculation about MRJ’s possible return continues to grow with the Mark Isham leak, and now the two recent photos of MRJ in Vancouver.

I know there is no chance of a third season but with Alan Mencken behind it, can we at least get a movie. Please! Pretty please!
People should be watching this masterpiece for Tim Omundson alone.
I wonder what the ratings would be if it were aired in summer and not up against football championships, award shows, political debates, …There’s been talk about the possibility of doing a stage adaptation apparently. Both Paul Lee and Karen David have mentioned how both ABC and Alan Menken get calls all the time from schools and theater groups about performance rights. Glenn Slater, the lyricist, has also teased the possibility. If there’s really enough demand, maybe an official stage production either on Broadway or a limited regional production could happen, followed by licensing the show out.
Looks like MRJ actually is currently in Vancouver, but still no indication that he’s in town for OUAT:

My guess is either:
1) Belle somehow travels to the Underworld.

Initial ratings for last night are out. The demo is steady with last week at a 0.6, while total viewers dropped a little to 2.32. Hopefully that 0.6 is the show’s floor, as I would hate for it to go down even more. Season 3 ain’t happening at this point, but I still don’t want to see more demo drops:

A fun little factoid. While it’s sad that Anthony Stewart Head didn’t get to reprise his role as Galavant’s dad from last Season, the new actor is Greg Wise, who just so happens to be Emma Thompson’s husband!:
