ModeratorCamelot created? They were calling it Camelot when Arthur was a kid, no? Young! Kay was talking about how it was broken? Or something?
“Camelot restored” probably would have been the more accurate description.

ModeratorMe looking at the timeline: : ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Camelot created? What was episode 203 and why is it significant?203 was “Lady of the Lake”, which was the flashback where Snow and Charming met Lancelot.

ModeratorRegarding Vortigan:
Vortigern (/ˈvɔrtɨdʒɜrn/;[1] Welsh: Gwrtheyrn; Old English: Wyrtgeorn; Breton: Guorthigern; Irish: Foirtchern), also spelled Vortiger and Vortigen, was a 5th-century warlord in Britain, a leading ruler among the Britons. His existence is considered likely, though information about him is shrouded in legend. He may have been the “superbus tyrannus” said to have invited Hengist and Horsa to aid him in fighting the Picts and the Scots. But they revolted, killing his son in the process and adding Sussex and Essex to their own kingdom. It is said that he took refuge in North Wales, and that his grave is in Dyfed or the Llŷn Peninsula. He is cited at the head of the genealogy of the early Kings of Powys.
Vortigern often appears in modern Arthurian fiction. In the miniseries Merlin (1998) which uses the legend of Merlin and the dragons, Vortigern is played by Rutger Hauer. The film The Last Legion (2007), based in part on the novel of the same name (2002) by Valerio Massimo Manfredi, features a highly fictionalized portrayal of Vortigern under the pseudo-authentic name Vortgyn. Jude Law plays Vortigen in the film Knights of the Roundtable: King Arthur (2016).

ModeratorGuy Fauchon as Vortigan
This was the guy IMDB listed as “First Dark One.” Guess he really could be the First Dark One, and his name is Vortigan. Vortigan does sound like a Dark Oneish name.

ModeratorRatings are in for episode 504 “The Broken Kingdom”
Viewers: 4.85 million
Demo: 1.6
We’re losing eyeballs, but the demo remains steady. However, if more eyeballs leave, the demo will start to drop again.
It’s interesting that both OUAT and Quantico keep staying flat at the same level. Most new Sunday shows on ABC gradually fall rather quickly. If Quantico continues to do that well, it’s definitely staying in that timeslot.

ModeratorIf this is true, it makes me wonder if the dreamcatchers are holding memories of past Dark Ones that are now inside Emma’s head and she’s basically infusing the dreamcatchers with various Dark One memories to try and get them out of her head. So we’ll see the First Dark One (or really any Dark One) but through a dreamcatcher.
I could see this, because we have seen a dreamcatcher extract memories before via Pongo in “The Cricket Game.”

ModeratorOh…is Arthur going to use the Sands on SB to make it the new Camelot?
Not sure if that would work. Based on what we saw and what we were told, the sand only repairs what was used to be there in the first place. Arthur was able to make Camelot rise from the ruins because that’s where its ruins were located. Camelot never existed in Storybrooke at all.

ModeratorMy guess as to how he first appears, if IMDB is correct. Maybe we won’t see his origin story yet, but the Darkness will take his shape while talking through Emma’s head?

ModeratorCamelot of 5 years ago—the longer flashbacks of Arthur, Lance, and Guinevere (also…someone is going to have to explain the five years thing)
I said this before on twitter, but 5 years ago without accounting for the 28-29 years FTL was frozen for during the curse. In some sense, the 5 years could explain how Roland is the age he is now. Marian was only pregnant with Roland back when Belle was first living with Rumple, so several years had to pass since then right? Robin and Roland were frozen in time just like everyone else in FTL. It’s also never been explained how much time has passed since certain events. We don’t know how long Snow was on the run as a bandit, nor do we know how long the battle to “take back the kingdom” lasted. Plus there are the 9 months of Snow’s pregnancy right before the curse. I guess they could also be accounting for the one year it’s been since the curse broke, too.
