ModeratorDoesn’t sound like this is an actual recap this time around, but a genuine Behind the Scenes special.

ModeratorTVLINE | Are there any new kernels of information about Regina that we will learn through flashbacks?
In Episode 14 there’s a really great flashback with Regina and Mal, about how they met and first became friends. And we have something else coming up, down the road. In Episode 20, we have a surprise that you’ll see in a flashback.Uhm, you remember that theory I had about Lily somehow being Outlaw Queen’s offspring? Just saying….Not to mention they said Lily has an upcoming 3 episode arc, which seems to start in 419. Plus, why have Regina be the one to tag along with Emma on a road trip to find her?

ModeratorTVLINE | Last we saw, they had found the library with the blank books in it. What new clues do they have to go?
Regina gets this idea that the one person who may know more about this book than anyone else is Pinocchio, so she goes to Marco to speak to Pinocchio and see if he can tell her anything about this Author. We also have Eion Bailey returning — I can’t tell you how or when! – but that’s going to be very interesting.Definitely sounds like Pinocchio is being re-aged back to August in the present.

ModeratorJust because she wasn’t in Disney before, doesn’t mean she’s not original.
Right, she’s an original A and E creation. But the slide show is “key Disney characters” –she’s not Disney
Yep. This slideshow is specifically pre-existing Disney characters that have been adapted into the show. Emma is a completely original character made for the show and doesn’t have a Disney counterpart. That’s why Henry and Baelfire/Neal aren’t included, either.

ModeratorStill no press release. Maybe ABC really has no press release prepared for this special, for whatever odd reason? It airs in two days.

ModeratorI don’t think the QoD being in town is one of the secrets, because that won’t be a shock for us. Even the casual viewers know that the QoD will be coming to Storybrooke, thanks to the ending of 411. They’re hyping these secrets as plot twists we didn’t see coming.

ModeratorDay 27- Most Obvious Plot Device
I’m surprised nobody has brought her up, but the Plot Devicey Blue Fairy. She really only exists when somebody else needs her, or to push somebody else’s storyline along.
Another big plot device that annoyed me was Jefferson being used as a plot device not once, but twice. First time he was used to magically time travel Regina’s poison apple with his hat. Second time he randomly knew all about Belle and where she was locked up. What?
Special shout out goes to the Plot Devicey Enchanted Broom. First of all, seeing this broom actually walk on screen like in Fantasia made me laugh. Second of all, why did Rumple need the broom to get to the Apprentice’s house, and how did he find the broom in the first place? Third of all, the broom can locate magical portal doors to get to other realms? That sure would have been handy a long time ago.
