“If there was time for Rumpel to rage a bit, and everyone left him be, while giving him the “I understand you, but it’s also wrong” spiel (as they usually do) I’d be fine.
However, the moment he’s finally out of Zelena’s clutched, the disgustingly hypocritcal message given by everyone is immediately shoved down his throat as if they would never sin in such a way. “Oh yeah, she played a huge part in murdering your son, and you didn’t even get to go to his funeral. Oh, well. Just forgive her now.”
Everyone should not just leave him to rage a bit , if raging a bit Means killing. Sure its understandable that he wants to kill someone that murdered his child, very very understanable from his point of view. However those who has a clear view that is not clouded by thoughts of revenge and sadness, should stop him in that exact moment (like Regina did) because killing is never the right thing to do, even when in rage. Stopping Rumple IMO is an act of love and understanding towards Rumple. Its not shoving Down his throat that they are better than him, more so saying to him that he himself is better then that.

Because when Rumple stabbed her she shattered like glass- Im thinking thats like she WAS her pendant, Glinda told her in EF when she gave her the pendant that it was in many ways her life now. And at the same time we see, the cabinet drawer In Reginas vault with the pendant inside and the green smoke coming out. Like she turned to green Smoke after the Water trick with Dorothy.
So when she is green smoke- she is not necessarily dead.
But I admit it could also be just like ‘her last breath’ going to the circle and starting the time-spell back up Again and then thats the end of her. If thats the case, then R.I.P Z. I felt sad for her, she had a sad story. Come to think of it she never really single handedly killed anyone. She had A hand in Neals death, but not THE hand. In the end I saw a flicker of hope that she could have changed, when Regina gave her a chance but that went puff* Up in to smoke! Poor Z 🙁
I gather that a lot of people diagree with the show making Regina the one to save the day from the wicked green clutches of Z and her timey wimey spells. That is if it is indeed Regina in the clip and not body-swapped Emma.
I think it makes a lot of sense that it should be Regina who breaks Z. Like WR said, this season half was always Wicked vs. Evil. Reginas character has been growing exponentially throughout this season, she started out after meeting Z in enchanted forest wanting to “Destroy” her, remember that crazy-happy look she gave when she realized she had someone to destroy Again XD .. coming full circle now, into her wanting to spare Z’s life. Because she has found a way to love right Again, with both Henry (she had true loves kiss) and with Robin.
It makes sense that this loving people gives her the ability to “tap into” the source of the light magic- Love magic. It wasnt easy for her to get there she’s spent 3 seasons going through that journey. With Emma, Emma’s light magic comes easy, she has easy access to it because she is A True Love product and “Is strong with the force” 😉 but this shouldnt provent others from also using the source of good Light magic.
Emma being ‘The savior’ was, like someone pointed out, linked to Rumples/Reginas curse. Right now its just a label, like Regina being ‘the Evil Queen’ was a label. One that she wrongfully chose too embrace back in the day but now no longer does. Emma hasnt fully embraced her Savior Label, both because she doubts herself and she doesnt take the right action always.
Being a savior/Hero Means taking actions towards helping and saving other people. You are no Savior just by definition, but you can become one by taking action, which Again doesnt make you a Savior from that day on and forever. You only are one from one action to the next. Like Regina says, when Z sourly asks “Oh so you are a hero now”- “I am today”
I feel like this is one of the main Things that the shows creators have tried to establish from day one. There are no born to be villains like there are no born to be heroes. Labels such as Evil, Wicked and Savior or Hero all comes Down to choices and actions.

Youre welcome. And its clear to me from the thoughts in your post that you are not a Regina hater. I LOVE the Regina character, she has been my favorite all since the pilot (though for different reasons then 😉
To me the most tragic thing about her is that she kept making the same wrong choices, choices being the keyword, and therebye putting other people in the same horrible situation as she was herself, in a sense punishing the World for her own troubles. Take the Hansl and Gretl story as an example, she made them hopelessly lost in the giant unending Woods, like she herself was lost. to me it was like a methaphor for her own situation. Having noone who was ever able to find her. But punishing other people for your own trouble, is ofcourse never the best way to go about Things…
She is finally making better choices. And I love that. I think what bothers me abit is the way they portray Snows character next to her. Snow is too apologetic, for Regina, but for herself in particular (please dont say sorry and try to kill yourself everyother day Snow) and something about it just feels wrong. But I have a hard time really pinpointing what it is exactly.

Small changes in furniture, architecture, pictures on the shelf or wall, change of clothes are often hints or foreshadowing that something or someone is changing a timeline, that we are in an alternative timeline or alternative universe. To use the title of the episode, this disappearing doorway could be a sign that maybe an alternative timeline or universe is beginning to bleed through, the world as we know it is transforming.

Glindas dress I really love, the fabric is very beautiful. But why is there a pillow stuck to her backside I wonder? And wow to the necklaces being so similar that has to have some kind of meaning !!
Reginas hair.. :’D the nicest thing I can think of to say is that it looks like she has a tiny Geisha’s head on top of her own head.
I like Snows red and gold dress. The sleeves are very snow white-ish and red reminds me of the older version of her mother Eva.
Belle’s costume O_O I don’t know, that sort of looks like she is supposed to be Marjorie the trash heap, from Fraggle rock, this episode.
