What I love about scenes like that one is that it was showing development for SF even when she thought he was dead. He wasn’t left in her past, not by a long shot, because they were showing her gaining more insight into who he was. There would be no purpose for them to show that unless they wanted her to have a greater understanding of and connection to him in the future.

Thinking some more on the Frankenwolf crack, and could they potentially write them back into the story as a tie in to the Oz storyline somehow? There have been theories for ages that Victor IS the Wizard, which I dunno about, because I remember an interview, (might have been Jane Espenson?), where it was mentioned that the Wizard anvils were in his ep as deliberate misdirection, (which got negated by the stupid promo department making the Frankenstein thing obvious), but working him into a storyline involving the Wizard who was a non-magical guy who had his own sort of science could be doable. That could draw him and (by extension if they’re a couple) Red back into the main story arc, and once the good guys win, the Frankenwolf wedding is their big victory celebration.

*tossing new wedding candidates into the ring that just randomly popped into my head*
Frankenwolf. I know we haven’t even seen them in a relationship, but we do know that the writers have a Frankenwolf pic stuck on their wall and this article hinted at Red coming back, and David Anders tweeted a little while back about having some news he couldn’t talk about that would make some people very happy, and people speculated if he was talking about Frankenwolf, (could have also been something completely unrelated, I’m just thinking that if they were scheduling Meghan to appear, those discussions might have happened a little while ago). Anyway, they could play it like they’ve been involved off screen for a while, and get Red back into the mix a bit for a few eps at the end of the season so her wedding wouldn’t be really random, (and Victor would be around too, so again with the scheduling a fair bit ahead of time if David would have to be in Vancouver for longer than he usually is), and it could be a bit of a, “Sorry we basically wrote Red out of the show but will you forgive us if we show her getting her happy ending,” kinda thing. Then if Meghan’s show ends up taking off, and she does get too busy to come back again in the future, at least they’ve given her character a proper sendoff.

I guess one question is whether he is a stranger to her or she knows him.

The forehead kiss suggests that he’s someone Emma is familiar with. Guess that doesn’t necessarily eliminate the possibility that he has a secret identity she doesn’t know about (maybe his name is Clark :-P).

Christopher Lloyd also played the WofOz and he would come and go from Oz to our world to help bring back Dorothy’s memories in Dorothy and the Witches of Oz.

And they’ve already used one Back To The Future shoutout for Emma’s NYC storyline.

As for Frozen: that’s be interesting, but I have to see the movie. Guess I have a year?

Thought I was the only one who hadn’t seen it. 😆

We’ve been talking about this in chat so I’m going to throw it out there.

Is it possible this wedding is a hoax?

Cause think about it: why would they spoil the SEASON FINALE when all the other spoilers are from the episodes they’ve written/shot already. Nothing about what is beyond 315, which they are currently working on.

Why would you spoil the finale in January? When it isn’t even written?

Saying there’s gonna be a wedding when there isn’t even gonna be one would be a bit of a douche move. I will however laugh if the wedding scene ends up being someone’s dream sequence. 😛

I haven’t read though this entire thread, but the fact that Keck referred to Snow’s baby as “baby” and Aurora’s baby as “progeny” struck me as odd. So, I double checked, and sure enough, “progeny” can refer to one or multiple offspring. Aurora could be having twins.

She could well be. Doubt we’ll ever get to meet them because she’s not major enough of a character, but she could mention it if she’s having twins.

Which brings me back to my crack theory that the “connection” is sleeping curse victim baby brain causing shared dreams between Aurora and Snow which acts as her FTL pregnancy test. If Aurora’s been having a unique brand of dream where she’s able to connect on some subconscious level to her unborn child, she’d know if it was twins.

Here is my problem with the betrothal idea. It flies in the face of this show’s message of true love. Would Snowing and Philora, two couple who are canon TL as seem with TLK, actually marry their children together without giving them a choice???

Not a chance IMO. Charming’s mother tried to set him up to marry someone, and he refused because you’re meant to marry for love. He and Abigail were set up by their fathers, and as a result, he almost didn’t end up with Snow. In SB, Regina set up David with Kathryn, which again came between Snowing’s TL. And Snow is well aware now (even if she wasn’t before) of how unhappy Regina’s arranged marriage to Leopold made her, (it led her to kill the guy). So I cannot see either Snow or Charming arranging a marriage for their child. It would take away their child’s free will to find their TL, and finding your TL is what Snowing are all about.

BUT what i find interesting is that both Aurora and Snow were under sleeping curses. So was David. And Phillip’s soul was obviously in some sort of Netherworld. Could be linked to this… possibly.

The baby daddies don’t correlate exactly, but it IS interesting that both mothers have been under a sleeping curse.

Women who have been under sleeping curses, could they maybe have some unique type of dream experience, caused by the baby, (maybe unborn babies who are inside people who have access to a unique plane of consciousness, have their own unique plane of consciousness, that allows them to connect with their mother’s dreams), and that’s how they discover they’re pregnant? Snow would have been through it before with Emma, so she’d know what’s up if it happens again, and maybe the first time it happens, she and Aurora have some shared, baby induced, dream experience? So Snow wakes up and is all “OMG I’m pregnant!” and then Aurora comes rushing in all, “OMG you’re pregnant too!” there is precedent for them bonding over shared dreamworld experiences, so something like that wouldn’t be out of the blue, and would explain the word “connection” being used in the article.

So, I’m going to be bold and overindulge in my personal shipping optimism: the wedding is going to be Rumbelle’s and here’s why…

Of all the main couples on the show Rumbelle are pretty much a certainty to get married at some point. The thing that makes me doubt that this is their wedding though is the use of “splashy”. Even if you take the other meaning of it, something extravagant, that doesn’t really sound like the type of wedding that Rumbelle would have. Rumple did come to indulge in his riches, but when it comes to Belle, I think his desires are pretty simple, he just wants to be with her, and vice versa, so I dunno that they’d throw a big, “splashy” wedding. Guess I can’t rule them out completely, but they’re my second option, behind Eriel. If we don’t get word about JoAnna and Gil going back for more shooting some time soon, then I’ll start to put some more stock in the Rumbelle option.

I’m actually going to say that the witches connection to TWO characters will be Regina and Snow. There’s that shot in the promo of them both lying on the ground looking into the sky. I think that might have something to do with it.

Could be! If Regina’s tangled with the WW before, it was potentially during the time when she and Snow lived together.

Ok. Anyone got any sort of speculation on this baby thing????

No idea what to make of that yet.
