I doubt that Rumple would be the Wizard, but I wonder if they might show the Wizard in flashback and parallel it with Rumple redefining himself in present day if he’s now lost his magic? The Wizard had no actual magic, but was still a crafty, resourceful bugger who exerted power and control and created the illusion of magic. I could see magic-less Rumple becoming a present day Wizard-ish character.

I dunno, unless it’s about them having secretly gotten married over the break, I don’t really see the news being about a Gosh wedding. Giving away details about an upcoming wedding is just asking for paparazzi intrusion.

Saying that what’s coming up sounds like the best eps ever makes it sound like he does actually have some decent scoop on what’s happening in S3B.

As for the picture, who knows, because is there really anyone on the show who’s in a position to be getting married? Rumbelle will get married one day, but general consensus is it’s too early in the show’s run for that to happen, and anyway, the pic is of a royal wedding, so Rumbelle doesn’t really fit. Dunno that they’d marry off OutlawQueen that quickly, and then show us how their relationship developed through flashback, because would Regina really be ready to marry someone in the space of just a year? The only way I could see it relating to Emma would be if Chris Gorham’s character ends up being her fiancee. On the one hand, I could maybe see them pull the Surprise!Fiancee!In!NYC! thing with Emma like they did with Neal, but on the other hand, I think we can all agree that Emma doesn’t really need any more potential love interests.

And I doubt it’s a about the real life Gosh wedding, because it sounds like what he’s gonna be revealing is about the show, and also, I doubt Gosh would let any details of their actual wedding plans get leaked to the media.

By the way think we have the answer to those super heels–Gorham is tall so whether or not it is a “date” they couldn’ t get J.Mo’s head in the frame without heels or a box for her to stand on ! They look the same height almost in the shot there, but goodness, they’re far from it.

True. Same reason they had Belle wear her impossibly high heels on the beach with Ariel, even went to the trouble of putting a board down for her to stand on.

That is just heartbreaking! If that’s the way the writers characterized his point of view, it explains so much about his level of guilt over leaving Emma. Some people think the way he acted guilty implied he’d done things with ill intent, but that letter shows how Neal is the type to feel guilt over not trying hard enough even in a situation not his fault. He internalizes and feels responsible for things even when he’s not–but also he recognizes when he messes up (and he has messed up certain things, he’s no plaster saint).

Yes, so sad! It’s part of why I feel all defensive when people talk smack about Neal, because really, just take a moment and think about where this guy is coming from in life, and you’ll see that his actions in present day make sense.

Now I agree it might have been nice to hear more from Neal about such a huge betrayal, perhaps in a scene with Rumple about why he cannot trust him. Maybe they could have talked about Rumple having killed Milah, as they find Tamara’s body and Neal could have said he still didn’t want her to die, even if he hated the things she’d done. That could have been an interesting moment to show up their different instinctive reactions to betrayals. I’d have also liked it to lead into some discussion about Hook having run off with Milah and now Neals sort of facing the same worry. Then again, in the middle of rescuing Henry, on the run from Pan probably not the time they’d have discussed it anyway.

I feel like its never going to really get addressed though since when the story resumes a year has passed. There’ll be all these new things happening and like Graham’s death, or Belle’s incarceration it just won’t be relevant to the relationship between the characters in the face of new stresses.

Agreed on all counts. Like RG said, they want to put Tamara in the past, though. Feels like they also want to officially put Milah in the past too. Tamara who? Milah who? Lookit the pretty love triangle!!1!!!11! This show would benefit from webisodes, just a couple of minutes here and there to address some of the character moments that they can’t squeeze into the actual show. Then things like this could still be addressed.

If it’s an article he’s actually promoting a couple of days ahead of time, I’d say it’s gonna be something fact checked and legit. Just hope it’s some actual new information, and not a rehash of stuff we already know.
