Three times in the space of eight episodes (SSTTR – Ariel), which spanned a time frame of about a week. That’s a pretty good average, considering they’re not even a couple at the moment. Just sayin’.
So, if she’s Regina’s sister…
Older sister – Cora had a baby some time before the first time we met her. She was too poor to keep the child, so gave her away (maybe even sold her if they needed money for food).
Younger sister – Cora must have somehow hid the pregnancy, otherwise it’s really random if they say, “Oh yeah, surprise, she had another kid and everyone knew about it.”
Either way, Henry Sr is not the baby daddy, because Rebecca Mader ain’t Latina.
If she’s Cora’s sister – She’s the other daughter who left the mill in search of a better life, some time before we first met Cora.
How could the Wicked Witch not be of the West from Oz? She’s green for Pete’s sake!
Ah, but in the Onciverse, are there actually 4 witches in Oz? Maybe FTL is to the west of Oz, and she’s from FTL, so she’s WW from the West, but she’s the only WW in residence in Oz, so she’s just known as the WW?
So then both Pan and the Snwoflake don’t count?
So it would seem, though Matt wrote that article as well, and now he’s saying in this vid that he suspects one of those spots WILL be a Snowflake.
I definitely think WW will be related to Regina somehow. Still think she could possibly be an aunt instead of a sister.

I really think Rumpel’s most ugly crime was to teach Regina to be bad. it’s the only one I cannot find any excuse for
His excuse was that he needed someone to cast his Curse. Had it not been her, he’d have done the same to someone else, but I suspect that Regina was always the one destined to do it, because he seemed very certain that she was the one he needed, so he probably saw her in a vision. Doesn’t mean he was RIGHT to coach her into being evil, but he definitely had his reasons.
