I think THO kept tabs on August his whole life so they could use him when the time came. We dunno yet if Tink has been able to travel to our world, but August did say that a little fairy told him all about Bae and Rumple, and Tink’s looking like the best bet right now.
Snow cared about the people of her kingdom just as much as she cared about those close to her. If they settled down peacefully somewhere, they’d still hear about how Regina was terrorising Snow’s people, and that would mean that they weren’t really living in peace after all. If she didn’t stand up to Regina, she was taking the coward’s way out, and it’s a no brainer IMO that she would have instantly and forever regretted it. That’s not the life that Charming wanted for her, or for her people.
Maybe they didn’t contact him? Maybe they just drove into town and left him on Mr Gold’s doorstep, and knowing that Regina wanted a baby, he handed him over. (PS. Yes I know the town was invisible, but if people are working for Pan, who set this thing up so Henry would be raised in seclusion in SB until he was old enough, then Pan totally knew where SB was and how to get into town.)
2) It’s been suggested that the Darlings could be working for Peter Pan from our world. They are his servants, his representatives on Earth, who do his bidding. If so, then possibly the Darlings (or someone else working for the Home Office) are the ones who transported Henry from Arizona to Maine. Possibly, Henry was never officially in Arizona’s child custody services. Maybe his birth certificate was forged by a nurse or doctor who worked for the HO. Otherwise, a baby being transported to a town that doesn’t officially exist would’ve classified Henry as a missing child. So, it could be that someone from the Home Office took Henry by car, rather than a plane (which requires official documentation).
THIS! Just wanted to add that a roadtrip from Phoenix to SB could have taken 2 – 3 weeks, which accounts for his age when he arrived in SB.
Is Henry the ultimate challenge for Pan? If he can break the heart of the truest believer?
Maybe! It would certainly be the ultimate victory for him.
Which makes me wonder if PP will be paying a visit to each of our JR6 at some point, though he seems to especially like messing with Emma.
I think he’s made Emma his main target because he has his own birth-mummy issues. In tormenting Emma, he’s transferring the anger he has towards his own mother.
I said this in the “who’s filming” thread, but I’m imagining new-mummy Regina taking baby Henry to the doctor for something. It would be interesting to see her acting all unsure of how to look after a fragile baby.
Or, something else that just popped into my head…if those “someone wants to get pregnant” rumours do turn out to be about Regina in flashback like some of us have suspected, there’d most likely be a doctor’s visit involved in that part of the story.
They could dream up any number of things. Whatever it is though, it can’t be able to open a portal all on its own, otherwise Robin wouldn’t still be bumming around in FTL. There’s gotta be another piece to the puzzle that’d make it work.

Maybe whatever “most precious possession” Robin once used himself, Neal will try to use it the same way, but it won’t work, and that’ll be because Neal needs his own “most precious possession”. Then he’ll pull the swan pendant out of his pocket, (and all the SFers will cheer and/or pass out).
