Re-watching the sneak peek for the frillionth time and it hit me for the first time that the way they’ve framed the shot where she’s holding the sword, they cut off her head, so you just see her chest, with the big, vacant space where the swan used to sit. ( 🙁 ) And in that same shot as the vacant space where the swan was, we have her hands holding his sword.
Every day since she met him, some part of him has been with her. When he left and she was in jail alone, she had his child growing inside her. She wore the swan every single day. She drove their Bug. Even after she took the swan off, he was still right there in front of her, and Henry was there, and she still had the Bug. Then Neal went down the portal. Henry was taken away. She had to leave the Bug behind to go after him. And not even a day later, here’s another symbol of him being put back into her hands in the form of his sword, which she’s gonna carry with her. Even if they’re torn apart, even if every part of him is stripped away from her, there will always be something else, so he’s with her constantly. Because: DESTINED to be together, entwined for eternity!

Seriously though, I do wonder how she’s gonna find out he’s alive. I’d like to see him show up completely outta the blue in NL, because Emma’s reaction would be priceless. Had a totally cracky thought the other day that maybe she ends up in the water because a mermaid appears to Emma as Neal floating in the water and she dives in to save him. We don’t know if Onceiverse mermaids will even have that ability though, so it’s really just a totally random pondering on my part, based on Adam including the word “illusion” in that tweet. But then I thought how something like that could be a setup for when he shows up for real, and because she was fooled before, Emma won’t believe it’s really him, and he’ll have to prove it somehow. Maybe by producing the swan keychain and recounting the story of the day he gave it to her, or something?

The way I see the spoilers in the media is that the people writing those articles only have so much info. They have pics and clips released by the ABC promo department, and they have interview answers from K&H that they pick soundgrabs out of. Like Adam keeps tweeting, he doesn’t like to give away spoilers, so any interview soundgrab in an article isn’t some specific spoiler they coughed up. Shippy stuff makes for good hype, so it’s not surprising if the promo department is pushing shippy stuff. Doesn’t mean that’s actually what will be the focus of the show though. So, whatever gets the media attention right now, just keep in mind…

So I’m just gonna wait and watch and see what happens.Grrrrr, have tried posting in this thread 4 times now and it keeps sending me back to the front page of the site and I keep forgetting to copy my post just in case before I hit submit. So instead of the post I was gonna post with pictures and quotes and links, I’ll just say that Chernabog and his glowy eyes reminds me of PP. And the description of Chernabog here: http://disney.wikia.com/wiki/Chernabog reminds me a bit of Morraine’s description of Blue.
Purple is always flashback, but it’s only sometimes FTL flashback, because not all flashbacks are in FTL.
308 is most likely a Rumple episode given the casting call for his father. Also, probabaly written by Jane who tends to do a lot of Rumple episodes.
309 is maybe a Regina episode given the whiteboard but that’s really open.I think 308 will be PP centric, but that hinges on the brothers theory being true. After a Rumple centric in 304, it’s too soon for another one in 308 IMO, but they’re showing his father in flashbacks, which to me suggests that his father = their father.
I think 309 might technically be a Henry centric, though it will sorta be Regina centric-ish as well, because it’ll show her adopting him.
307 – learning about Neal’s past, which leads into…
308 – learning about PP’s past, which leads into…
309 – learning about Henry’s past, which leads into…
310 – learning about Emma’s past
311 – This will be the next Rumple centric because his father is coming back again for this one, and they’ll want to contrast his innocence as a child with his Dark One self being undone as the big, mid-season finale.That’s my best guess at the moment, anyway.

As for hair styles, I’m completely hopeless with hair. Cos players sometimes use wigs though, and just style that up, instead of using their actual hair. Would be much easier to mess around with the design and get it right than trying to get your own hair to look right.
Can I remind everyone of a little something here? When Regina first met August in Storybrooke, episode 1.10 I think, she said that he seemed familiar to her. Now I don’t think there was any indication of Pinocchio and the Evil Queen ever crossing paths in the Enchanted Forest, so how would he be familiar to her?
I’ve always just sorta written that line off as a hint from the writers that August was gonna have a FTL identity.
I agree! Emma never got to fully know the man she’s loved for over a decade. Now she probably feels robbed of the chance to ever get to know him fully as she would have wished. Here Emma is doing pull-ups for a fight, and probably thinking to herself that if she could only have been stronger, she could have held onto Neal longer to save him. *I’m making myself tear up.*
You’re making me tear up too! Urgh! 🙁 Don’t remember if it was someone on the forum or someone on tumblr, but I read a comment somewhere that suggested that Emma’s run in with Rumple could have been him blaming her for not having held onto Neal’s hand. Which, just, FEELS, because Rumple’s spent centuries beating himself up for not having held onto his hand, and now he’s transferring that self loathing onto Emma. Same thing as what he did when he beat up Mo, screaming about how he’d hurt Belle.
Being in NL, the place where Bae lived for a couple hundred years, will give her some new insight into him. When she sees what he had to go through just to be able to survive, having to deal with the likes of PP and Felix, it’ll give her a new understanding of the guy he was when she met him. And Hook will probably fill in some Bae details for her along the way as well. Basically, her whole time in NL, she’ll be learning more about Neal, and will have a physical connection to him too, because of that sword. I can see her having a whole new appreciation for him by the time they meet up again.
Hook’s account just went up in her book, but I think it also went out of the flirty-fun let’s Dr. Whale it up here zone for both of them. I don’t think it was ever really in that zone for Emma, but I think Hook is reevaluating her. Ironically, that means if something happens I think it would be more serious to both as I think they will build up a real friendship.
This is why I’m not overly worried about the “triangle” being one of those sensationalistic things that’s just done for romance drama. If/when Hook and Emma do become closer, it’s because Nealfire is bringing them closer together, because they each have their own personal relationship with him too. So any emotional drama will be genuine, meaningful evaluation of feelings on each of their behalves, as opposed to flippant, sexually fueled desire type drama. I think it’ll be really interesting to see how it all develops.
I think someone from THO, (Tink is my fave candidate right now), brought Henry, (and the book) to town. Gave Henry to Mr Gold, who gave him to Regina. The way Regina has spoken to him about the “procurement” sounds to me like he was the one who delivered the baby to her, and she was unaware of where the baby actually came from, so I don’t think she left town to pick him up.
If Regina had left town to pick him up, she has to have got him from someone involved with THO anyway, IMO. Any real world adoption agency would have had to visit SB to see where the child would have been living before the adoption was approved. There’d have been all sorts of red tape that ensured that the baby was going to a safe home, in a town that actually existed. Pre-adoption visitation to Regina’s home was simply an impossibility, because no one from our world could actually find her home. So I really don’t think that anything to do with Henry’s “adoption” went through any sort of valid, legal channels.
THO controlling it all meant that any red tape could be worked around. It’s possible that even the Mommy Finder website Henry used was a bogus setup by THO, purely for Henry’s benefit, so he could find Emma and bring her to town. If it was a legit, real world, closed adoption, then NO website should have been able to give out that info.
It’s possible that Emma didn’t originally plan to give Henry up, but someone from THO, posing as a welfare worker, talked her into it, and had her hand over the baby to them directly. Then there would be no real world child welfare anything that had official information on Henry having being given up for adoption, because THO were setting it all up from the getgo.
I don’t think August had anything to do with Henry’s adoption. He’d buggered off to Phuket before Emma even knew she was pregnant, and I don’t think he set foot on American soil again until he came back to go to SB 10 years later.
We were introduced to Killian prior to becoming Hook and he was anything but nice. I would even throw out cruel at times. I judge characters by their actions not by what they choose to refer to themselves at any given moment. Hook isn’t any more “good” or “bad” and Killian isn’t anymore real or faux than his moniker.
I don’t think we’ve truly met “Killian” yet. That will happen in 305 when we see what he used to be like, before he became a pirate. The Pirate Killian had certain good qualities, (the ability to love deeply) and certain bad qualities, (being a bully), and once we have a clear understanding of where he originally came from, we’ll be able to understand him better as a whole, because ALL of his life experiences are what make him the man he is today.
