Agreed that people shouldn’t be petty in complaining to the actors, or even Adam, because it’s purely up to ABC Publicity what ends up out there as promotion for the show. ABC Publicity have a Twitter account, so if people wanna complain about the quality of the pics to someone in an official capacity, that’s where complaints should be directed. When JMo sent that tweet, I replied that I liked Emma in Snow’s dress, but thought the pic could have been styled more creatively. Styling isn’t up to the actors in that situation though, they’ve just gotta wear and do what they’re told to, so if I thought the pic was blah, it was no fault of JMo’s.
As for them pulling the pics, I think it was the right move. It’s true that fans who had been waiting for the pics had them saved and re-posted all over the internet within minutes of them having gone online, so it’s impossible for them to pretend it didn’t happen, just by taking the pics down. But if I weren’t a diehard viewer, if I were someone who had never seen the show before, and I saw those pics, I’d automatically assume that the whole show was a cheap production and I wouldn’t ever bother watching. If I was a casual viewer, who maybe wasn’t quite as into S2 as I had been S1, and hasn’t been counting down until the S3 premiere, but was probably gonna check it out to give it one more chance to impress me, if I saw those pics, it would not instill me with any kind of confidence that the show was gonna improve in my expectations and I probably wouldn’t bother. And the point of promo pics is to encourage people to watch, not turn them off. So having those pics out there to promote the show probably wasn’t gonna do them any good.
[adrotate group="5"]an i think everyone figured what JMo said its just the blurring and lack of professionalism on the pics more so than what Emma is wearing if the background was better done i think ppl could appreciate Emma in the dress more but because the background/editing is so bad its taking away from the mirrorism of Emma wearing her moms dress which is a shame really… bad picture editors…
Unfortunately, it seems there are some people out there who just hate the fact that she’s in the dress at all. They think it’s completely out of character, and there are even conspiracy theories that they’re trying to make her look more feminine, (ie: less butch) than usual. I’m guessing those are the people she was replying to with that tweet.
It’s gonna take ages. They should just give up on the 3 million likes and give us the sneak peek as an apology for those promo pics. 😛
On tumblr, I’ve seen fanart for all three of Emma’s main ships, where they’ve used the new pic of her in the dress. And it really does not work as a pic for shippy fanart, considering her expression is screaming, “I feel so awkward it’s actually painful, please make it stop so I can go punch whoever thought this photo was a good idea.” 😆
Neal ended up in fairytale land so he can finally see what his father went through to find him.
At CC, MRJ said that there was a reason that Neal ended up in FTL, and I believe that learning more about his father is the reason. He has to see where and how his father lived, with any luck finds that his father kept his old childhood clothes, it looks like he finds his father’s old walking stick. All that stuff is gonna make him remember the life they had way back in the day when their relationship didn’t suck, and will help him re-evaluate how he sees his father in present day.
Belle will learn more magic after casting the protection spell and find a way to reunite with Rumpelstiltskin in Neverland
I’m so back and forth on whether or not I think Belle’s gonna end up in NL. But I think that whether she’s in NL or SB, Rumple’s gonna be mostly dead after his undoing, and Belle’s gonna cry over him to heal him, because that’s how Beauty and the Beast goes.
1. Origins of the Dark One Dagger: I believe that we will learn more about the origins of the Dark One’s Dagger were it comes from and why it was in FTL when Rumple found it.
Agreed that we’ll find out about the Dark One’s origin. If they’re ever gonna show us that story, which I’d hope they would, they’d have to do it before he gets undone.
Oh I forgot about the Curse. I’ve had this theory that in order to make the curse a large sacrifice had to me made. Like a thousands souls were sacrificed. Souls or shadows.
I think the Curse has its origins in NL, so now I’m wondering if all those trapped Lost Boys have something to do with the power that was needed to create it, somehow?
Speaking of Curse related things and NL, I think the failsafe diamond had to originate there too. Most likely given to Regina by Tink, who was working for PP in doing so.
The dwarfs and Anton get magic beans grown and some people go back to FTL, which is how Belle teams up with Neal and they go after everyone to NL.
If no one thinks to use the plant in Regina’s office to re-grow the bean crop, it’ll drive me mad. Because their original crop was grown from one teeny tiny cutting, and they now have a whole freaking plant, so there’s really no excuse for not growing more beans.
Not necessarily in S3, (though I guess it could happen towards the end of the season), I imagine everyone in town having a bean, and they all throw them down at exactly the same time, and one massive portal opens up that transports the whole of SB and everyone in it, back to FTL.

I hope that in the next day or so we get different pics, and they’re all, “Psych, those other ones weren’t the real ones, here are the actual professional quality pics instead.”
What baffles me is that the production quality of the group pic is actually really great. So what the hell happened with the rest of them that they look so crap?!

One thing I’ll say for how crap the photos are, and I’m seeing this comment a lot on tumblr, at least it united the fandom on something we all agree on for a change. 😆
The shipwreck, I think they were just raiding a stash of beach themed props. Would be surprised if they sink the JR. That thing is made from enchanted wood and is likely unsinkable.
Belle’s stance, I don’t think she’s trying to hide a bump. Her costume does naturally bulge out a bit at the waist, where the skirt comes out from under the corset part.
