I just went back to re-watch, and it’s when K&H first come out, and the credits are still rolling on the OUATinWL pilot. After the standard KITSIS/HOROWITZ Space Invaders inspired logo screen, then it cuts to the silhouettes of people doing filmmaker stuff against the white background and then the last camera has a hint of purple in it and then it zooms in…
It’s only on screen for half a second. Blink and you’ll miss it.Based on spoiler pics…
Hadn’t noticed this until I just saw a tumblr post about it, but in the pic where Hook and Emma are having the drink, you can see that she’s still holding the sword he gave her, the sword that we’ve seen Bae use, (the little ball shaped bit on the handle confirms it as Bae’s former sword), so that drink is almost definitely a toast to their Nealfire, and it’s no doubt gonna make me cry for them both.
Speaking of the sword, if it is the one that JMo was holding in that pic that Ginny tweeted, which is likely, because now we’ve seen evidence that Hook’s gonna give it to her, and the blade in the Ginny pic is the same shape of the blade that Bae was using, that means that Emma will be carrying a little piece of Neal around NL with her as she searches for and fights for their son. Every time she swings that sword, she’s gonna be doing it with conviction and strength that’s inspired in part by her love and memory of Neal. He’s gonna be there with her in spirit, helping her fight the whole time, even though they’re worlds apart and she thinks he’s dead.
WL stuff is a bit harder to speculate on right now because we don’t know the full lay of the land for that show yet.
Yep. There were WL BTS pics that looked like they might be the Merry Men, and Alice and the Knave were with them, and he was dressed in present day clothing. Slurpeez found an article that said Robin would be in both shows. I tweeted Adam to check and he said it was true. We know the Knave’s history will be tied to FTL. So we ended up at Will the Knave being Will Scarlet.

I think they could get away with having some Robin and MM story in both shows without it being absolutely necessary to have all details from both parts of the story in order to follow either story.
In WL past, they could be used to explain Will’s history. In WL present, he can go back to them for help, and Robin just isn’t there, he’s “lost”, or even, “taken by the Curse that destroyed this land,” then Will can pause for a moment of, “Damn, he was in SB too,” (we already know we’re being introduced to Will by seeing him in SB), and they could leave it at that. It’s enough of an explanation for the story they’re telling on WL, but maybe it’ll entice some WL only people to peek at the parent show as well, to see what happened to Robin.
If Robin’s gonna be in SB, they can still use the MM for his flashbacks, Will may or may not be there for it, depending on what part of the t-word he spent in WL where he became the Knave and met Alice, but even if he’s not there, his absence doesn’t need to be explained on OUAT, because it’s not really relevant to OUAT storyline.
Something they’d have to cover on both shows would be how the MM survived the Curse if they’re still in FTL in present day, while Robin was taken by it. If you watch both shows, you just get the explanation twice, if you only watch one show, you get the explanation once.

For a while now what I’ve hoped is for Neal to use that swan pendant as his “compass” going through a Lake Nostos portal. It’ll take him to NL, because his heart wants to get back to Emma and Henry. And Emma will be all, “But how did you end up here if you didn’t even know it’s where we were?” And he’ll open his hand and the swan pendant will be in it and Emma’s eyes will get all big and teary because not only did he keep it, but he used it to find her, and OMG FEELS.
She could, to borrow a quote from Ron Weasley, dance naked in front of him wearing a tea cozy and all he could would think about is getting back to Emma and Henry.
