True, could be either of those things. I’d think flashbacks is more likely, just because I wouldn’t really expect them to split up in present day, but I guess that’s all dependent on if there are other people still around and what’s going on. Though any ep that has Mulan and Aurora in it, I’d expect to also see Philip at some point, so it sorta struck me as a bit odd. Just as long as they don’t go and kill him off. That would be a bit silly after they’ve gone to the trouble of bringing him back.
[adrotate group="5"]Yeah, casting Ariel around the same age will make for easier integration with the others. JMo’s the same age as JoAnna (34) and playing a character several years younger, so the actresses age doesn’t necessarily indicate the exact age of the character anyway. Late 20s/early 30s works for present day Ariel IMO.

However I know I’ve read Joanna Garcia is the one Eddie & Adam want to cast. She’s been linked to the role since the first season and has even said in interviews she’s just waiting for the right time. That would make Ariel in her early 30s. There were rumors she was going to be casted last summer but she got pregnant and it fell through, plus she did have a show then but that was cancelled. It sounded like after that they were waiting till she has the baby and can join this fall.
Plus she is really good friends with Jennifer Morrison and she confirmed they want Joanna, so I’m sure they are going to try to finally make this work out.

If JMo was saying as far back as 2011 that she’d heard they were interested in getting JoAnna…I’m all but convinced she’s gonna be our Ariel.

In recent days he’s sent pics from the snow, and pics from the desert, but made no mention of Vancouver. But we know Jamie has been in Vancouver. Jamie sent a pic of a new jacket she got the other day, and Sarah RT it, (it was the day after Sarah was at the airport), so maybe they’d been on a shopping trip together? Anyway, basically, it seems like maybe Aurora and Mulan are in town, but Philip isn’t?Was just watching this interview she did for another show last year, and at about the 2:15 mark, they actually talk about her being a good fit for Ariel on OUAT. LOL Sounds like she’s a big fan of the show.

Definitely think that’s a possibility.
The other idea I’m liking as of right now is that PP wrote it and arranged for it to get to SB.
