ParticipantDunno if it’s been mentioned anywhere yet exactly who will be at Comic-Con this year? Anyway, Emilie will be.
@OUATitalianfan yes!

Friend: so a lot of people on Tumblr are into Once Upon a Time but how do you know if someone in real life is into the show? Let’s say here, how would you know if any of these people here watch the show?
Me: oh that’s easy, watch
Me: *stands up and yelles* I’ll find you!
Someone at the background: I WILL ALWAYS FIND YOU!

ParticipantI think Rumple’s style of learning was likely just to discover information and steal powers on his own, rather than having someone teach him. If you ask to be taught, it means you’re admitting you can’t figure something out yourself, and Rumple is loathe to admit that. Especially in FTL, he had a rep to build and uphold as an all powerful being to be feared. Sort of puts a dent in that if you then go around asking others to teach you things. It would mean exposing himself as having a weakness.

ParticipantYeah, saw that the other day and laughed at Red, as a mermaid, still wearing her hood underwater. LOL The big shoulder fins look somewhat ridiculous, too. Dunno that the mermaids on the show will look like this though, I’m thinking it’s all just artistic license from the illustrator.

ParticipantThe only time I recall Lana having mentioned being hoisted up in a harness was when she was talking about shooting Stable Boy. The scene were Cora restrained Regina using magic. And that was back in S1.

ParticipantWouldn’t it be hilarious to see Mr. Gold float around with his cane and being told to “think of a wonderful thought”! I would be in stitches on the floor if we saw that!
Hook has to be the one saying it to him. With excess snark. 😉

ParticipantHAHAHAHA. They live in a magical land where biological time doesn’t pass and shadows are riiiiiiiiiiiped off them, but fairies is one step too much.
LOL Well, it’s probably easier to have faith in the stuff that sucks rather than the stuff that brings hope if you’re stuck in a mournful land like NL?

ParticipantAnd people already believe in fairies. They all know Blue. So if this theory is correct, why is one fairy excluded from the belief.
People in FTL believe in fairies but people in NL are a bunch of cynics?
Though that wouldn’t explain why they’d need Henry in particular if any old FTL person believed.

ParticipantSpeaking of Tink, I was thinking just before how there hasn’t been a casting call leaked for her, but you’d think they’d have begun that casting process by now. If they’re gonna be hanging out in NL and encountering PP, you’d think that Tink would have to be around early in the season too.
What if Henry’s heart is needed to save Tinkerbell’s life? In the Disney version, kids needed to clap or say “I believe in fairies” or something like that to save Tinkerbell after she drank poison. What if she needs the heart of the truest believer to be saved?
That pic Adam tweeted from 3×03 does have “wings” written on the same line as “people don’t believe”. If Tink’s life in in danger though, she’s been holding on for a reeeaaaaallly long time. I do think there has to be some mention of the connection between fairies and believing though, just going by Adam’s pic.
A long time ago, PP may have obtained an image of Henry from Rumple, who is able to see into the future. If PP is able to “fly” into our world without the need of a bean, it makes sense why Rumple would want to negotiate with PP.
Bae left FTL before Rumple saw the Seer as an adult, and that’s when he came into contact with her powers. It was only about 6 months later that Bae ended up in NL, and it seemed like PP had been collecting kids for a decent amount of time. Of course, time passes differently in NL, so anything goes unless and until we get clarification on just how differently time passes.
I’ve been thinking of the Seer as someone who had been in NL and was sent by PP to FTL with the task of contacting Rumple, to set him on the necessary path. What you say about Rumple wanting PP’s ability to travel between worlds is a fair point though, because traveling to the world without magic is exactly what Rumple was trying to do. Evidently he wasn’t able to master that art though, because he still needed to destroy FTL instead of just flying off himself like the Shadow did.
I’ve been wondering if whatever made time stand still in NL is the same “thing” that made time stand still in SB. Maybe with PP in NL is where Rumple originally found the basis of the Curse, which he took away with him and tweaked until it was a perfect fit for his own, personal needs. But then, I’ve also been thinking that perhaps the only time Rumple was in NL was when he was a child, and PP captured him then let him go, same as with Bae.
Too many options! Head spinning!Phee
ParticipantThe problem I have with this is how did PP get a hold of THO if it was formed by the Darlings? When I originally thought they formed it, it was because I thought Wendy and her brothers were taken by PP but now we’ve seen that Bae sacrificed himself. I can see Wendy forming THO to find Bae, but how does PP play into it now?
Another little theory I’ve been toying with is that PP got wind of the fact that Wendy was looking for Bae, and he brought her to NL again to prevent her efforts, and she’s still there being held captive in present day. That doesn’t answer how he could have gained control of THO in our world though, just how he could have known about it. Hmmm…I suppose there would have to be someone already on PP’s payroll who could infiltrate…maybe he sent Felix out of NL…he went to the remaining Darlings, pretending to be someone who knew how to find Wendy…and once he’d weaseled his way in, he took over. Perhaps?
