I suppose we do only have her word that Hook was ever in the storage room, and that may well be a lie.

I’m just at a loss as to how Hook would get back to SB without Tamara, whether he’s forcing her to drive him there or she takes him there of her own free will. Hook is as bad as Rumple outside of SB, he doesn’t know what anything is. He couldn’t just hop a plane or take a taxi.

Yeah, the only ways I can think of that he could get back is either on the ship, (in which case either Nealfire or Emma somehow got him there), or with Tamara. If there ends up being a bit of an unbelievable explanation with this though, I can probably forgive it, because they likely had to very quickly change their plan for this part of the story when their Hook was suddenly out of action with a broken leg.

Nah, shes talking about Greg. When she hacked into his phone in ‘In the Name of the Brother’ she saw he takes pictures of his food.

See that’s what I thought at first but it’s the word OR that’s throwing me. OR indicates that Greg and the food obsessed tourists are not one and the same. Also she makes the world tourist plural, indicating more than one.

Went for a re-listen, it’s not “or”, it’s “our”. “Greg Mendel our food obsessed tourist.”

I agree too, if she knew Hook was really out there in the modern world she would have been more worried that he would be exposed to everyone, she did seem to brush it off casually, just that quick look she made at Neal made me mind-scream EMMA WHERE IS HE 😆

I suppose we do only have her word that Hook was ever in the storage room, and that may well be a lie. Perhaps she slapped him awake and told him to get back and hide on his ship, (in which case, he’s already back in SB). But would he have done that no questions asked while Rumple was still alive upstairs? Unless Emma mentioned Rumple’s son and it turns out Hook did have a friendly affection for him in the past, so he butted out for Nealfire’s sake. I can’t see Hook just going and doing whatever Emma told him to do, even if she asked sweetly and batted her eyes at him. Not after he’d gone to all that effort to kill Rumple. There’s no way she could have hauled an unconscious Hook back to his ship unnoticed. But if she was helping him, and trying to keep him out of the real world, then she had to get him back on the ship somehow.

Depends what he’s basing that statement on. Would K&H have flat out told media people that Nealfire is not Pan? Seems unlikely. Or is he just making his own assumption based on the Felix casting call?

Would it have been any right for the Blue Fairy to get involved and meddle with Regina without Regina asking her for it?

I think this is a key point when it comes to Blue, she doesn’t just go butting in and helping every single person in FTL, she only comes to help if she is asked. Regina never asked.

Regarding the Regina debate from clip 1, IMO there’s no question that she knew this guy could potentially be very bad news, so her initial tactic was to attempt to get in his pants to get him on side and distract him from his mission. She realised pretty quickly that wasn’t going to work though.

Regarding Snow smacking Geppetto in clip 2, I can’t really blame her and don’t think it’s necessarily a symptom of her heart spot, but she’ll no doubt see it that way. Glad he confessed and I really hope August is still in that trailer when they get there because I NEED the father/son reunion.

Regarding Nealfire’s “I need her” in clip 3, I can’t really blame him for wanting a familiar face around town, considering how BSC (BatSh!tCrazy) his life has gotten in the last few days, it would be a comfort to have someone there he knows and can depend on, (even though she’s totally playing him, but he doesn’t know that yet, so I’ll give him a pass for wanting her around at the moment).

    @KFChimera wrote:

His biggest advantage was that no one recognized him. He’s lost that now, and unless he has observed enough to know who in the town would help him (rather than being scared that he is an outsider or on Regina’s side) he is going to have a pretty tough time accomplishing anything.

Well he knows that Snow isn’t friends with Regina because he saw the whole heart situation. But we don’t know that he knows that Snow is a significant person in town, and her family would make good allies. If he were smart, he’d approach Snow and try to suss her out, then suggest they team up.

If Hook isn’t on the way to SB with Tamara (which was my suspicion) how on Earth is Hook getting back to SB?

I think that he’ll still end up coming with her. I’m not exactly sure what Neal could say to warn Tamara in that type of situation, or if Hook was there how she’d react. Like did Neal say, “hey there’s a guy dressed up like a pirate in the storage room of my building. You probably shouldn’t go in there.” Or if he didn’t warn her does he ask something like, “when you were getting your stuff, did you happen to see anything unusual in there?”

Indeed. If Nealfire knew that Tamara had to get her stuff from that room, then he’d have to have said something, and evidently he didn’t say, “Don’t worry about getting your stuff in the storeroom,” because she went in there. If he loves her, and he knows Hook can be dangerous, then it wouldn’t make sense that he’d just let her go in there without any sort of warning. I sort of hope he snuck down there sometime before they left and unlocked the door so his old buddy Hook could get out.

I don’t understand how Tamara could find Storybrooke either unless Hook showed her where it was, and/or she’s magical. I know the Curse is partially broken, but I thought it was still hidden from outsiders. I thought Gregowen was only able to find it because Rumple crossed over the line, and then Belle got sent over the line by Hook otherwise, I don’t think that he would have been able to tell it was there since it seems like he spent many years searching for it and finally got lucky. Or it could just be a plot hole I suppose.

Even if the town is visible from the road now, (which I think is unlikely, given there hasn’t been a sudden influx of outsiders driving through town), Nealfire didn’t get there by road, and there’s no one he could have asked for directions so that he could pass the information on to Tamara. Hopefully they’ll explain how she manages to find the place.

it hasn’t been revealed yet whether or not “her” means ‘romantic partner’
besides, real people don’t label their partner with ‘him’ or ‘her’, only teenagers do that 😆

I have a friend, married with two children, who has always called her husband “Sir” as a nickname. So it really doesn’t seem odd to me that Greg would use “Her” as a nickname for his significant other, (and the way he called her “honey” on the phone implies to me that they are connected in a romantic sense).

I would pay to see this! 😛

Kurt is still in Storybrook if you go back to look when Bella was freed by the Mad Hatter you will see Kurt mopping the floor. Perhaps someone can take a photo of the guy mopping to verify this.

No, it is not the same guy. The guy sweeping the floor was meant to be Chief Bromden from the story One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest.

Tamara is a Dark Fairy since we know Fairies have been around forever.

A “Dark” Fairy? Really? Gee, how did you come to that conclusion?

It looks like you’ve unnecessarily taken offence to the word “dark”. I’m pretty sure they weren’t referring to her skin colour.

OMG, if people have been judging the quality of her character, or whether or not she should be with Nealfire, based on her skin colour, that’s absolutely revolting! 😯 Like RumplesGirl clarified in her most recent post, the term “dark fairy” was in relation to “dark magic” and we’ve seen “dark fairy dust” on the show before. Dark as in bad magic, given that promos have suggested she has a hidden agenda, not as in judging someone’s goodness or lack thereof on the basis of skin colour. It baffles me that there are people who would think such a thing. 😕

The only thing I do find interesting about her skin colour is that it matches Lancelot’s, and there was an article that claimed they were looking for a Tamara with a Brit accent, (though I don’t know if that’s true), and Lancelot’s casting call mentioned a Brit accent, (but he didn’t end up having one). So when the option of Morgan le Fay was tossed into the mix for Tamara’s identity, and it’s a totally feasible theory IMO, (there was actually another casting call earlier in the season where we briefly speculated if it could be for Morgana, turned out to be Red’s mother), I wondered if perhaps they’re planning to go in the direction of making everyone from that traditionally British Arthurian realm be African American instead.

Yowza, 12 page thread to read. Don’t have time to catch up properly just now because I’m getting ready to hopefully go and collect my kitty cat to bring her home after a hospital stay, but just had to get the EEEEWWWWWWW CREEPY REGINA out of my system straight away. Loved the little dodge Greg did to avoid her touch.

The hairstyle does match Regina’s when she was in the wedding dress, so chances are that’s who it’s supposed to be. First time I saw it though, the face reminded me of some other actress and I just figured out who, Terry Farrell, who has nothing to do with Once, but she did funnily enough play a character named Regina on the show Becker.

It doesn’t really look like Regina to me, but maybe it’s the angle of it?

Not convinced that Tamara is Her, mostly because I’ve got the impression from Greg’s phonecalls that Her is trying to tell him to come home to PA, but we know that Tamara has a life established in NYC. Does not compute.

That’s a really good point you raise. My only rejoinder (and it’s a stretch, admittedly) is that some people move around and have out-of-state cell phone numbers. Tamara could be from PA, so her area code is still a PA number, but she’s currently living in NYC. Also, there is technology which allows the user to change her cell phone number to a different caller ID.

True enough about the numbers, but I still get the impression that Her is actually in PA, where Greg came from, and is someone he’s very close to. The way he talks to Her isn’t like he’s talking to a sometimes long distance girlfriend who could potentially be leading a double life with him and also with Nealfire in NYC. I imagine that Her is back in PA with the kids and she wants Greg to get out of SB and come home to them before he gets himself into trouble.

Greg: Honey? I… I… I know. Just wait. Wait. Just listen. Just listen. Okay? Yes, I’m okay. I… I was in an accident. And, honey… You’re not going to believe what I saw.

Greg: Hey. N-no, I… I’m… I-I’m okay. Yeah. No, they… They… They said I’m… I’m good to go. But, um… You know, I think I’m going to stay here for little while. Why? Well, take a look at this and see.

Maybe my impression of Her and Greg is way off, that’s just how I’ve imagined their relationship, judging by his sides of their conversations. I imagine that she’s fast talking (which is why he has to stammer before he can get a word in) and sounding worried on the other end of the line because she wants him back home with her. That doesn’t really make sense if he’s talking to someone who regularly spends a fair amount of time in a whole different state to him, (which Tamara would have to do if she’s spent enough time with Nealfire to get him to propose).
