One of the pics I found from Tallahassee, it looked like maybe the earring was different, but it wasn’t really clear enough to see. When I was skimming through The Crocodile before, I did check to see if it had changed at the end, after Milah had died, but it looked the same to me at that point in time, and I also didn’t notice Milah wearing anything small and white and dangly that he may have kept and switched to at a later date.

“Seductive” doesn’t necessarily mean sexual though. It could be seductive in the sense that Rumple has discovered a desperate soul and seduces her with the possibility of power and wealth.

I think Emma is holding a wand. Jennifer Morrison confirmed recently she and Regina are both going to use magic in the episode(s) coming up. (Sorry, I don’t recall where I read that). I can’t wait!

Was it the same article that said we’d see Henry do something he never has before? Don’t remember where that was though. Emma’s magic doesn’t seem like the type you need a wand to wield from what we’ve seen. She IS the magic wand.

Here’s the thing about The Little Mermaid…in the Han Christian Anderson original, the prince marries someone else and the mermaid dies because that was part of the deal she made with the sea witch. Ariel’s happy ending with Prince Eric was invented by Disney. K&H could take the aspect from the original, of the object of the mermaid’s affection being in love with someone else, and twist that into Ariel being in love with Hook who is devoted to the memory of Milah. Part of Hook’s redemption arc could be him finally moving on from Milah, and Ariel finally getting her man.

One common thread in both versions of the story is that the mermaid saves her love from drowning when a storm hits his ship. And Hook’s getting to Neverland through a vortex, whirlpool, portal through the ocean, which could be the perfect setup for a situation on the Neverland end where a whirlpool opens up and in the chaos of the storm like conditions, Hook gets thrown in the water, (he’s only got one hand to hold onto the ship’s wheel with after all) and needs saving by a mermaid.

Not that I’ve given much thought to the potential of this storyline or anything. 😕 They’ll probably end up doing something completely different, but that’s my headcanon and I’m sticking with it until they show us what actually happens. 😆

I could see them having a torrid affair where they bond over how unfair it is to have one’s life ruined when someone evil rips out your true love’s heart and crushes it in front of you. None of Hook’s jewellery has anything to do with Milah, (which sort of surprises me) because he’s been wearing the same things since that first scene in the pub where they met.

I’m intrigued by Hook having two rings that are so similar, and yet different. They look like they go together, but don’t really look like wedding rings, (though he also wears a band on his thumb that looks potentially wedding ring-ish). Perhaps one is his and the other belonged to his father, or something like that?

Which is funny, because the Flatiron Building is actually nowhere near SoHo/Little Italy, where Bae’s neighborhood was shown.

I guess they have limited options for landmarks in Vancouver that could double as landmarks in NYC, and that building may have been the closest. But yeah, then why make it look like SoHo? It’s not a million miles away from the Flatiron District, but still, wouldn’t it have been more believable to have him living in Chelsea, or even Greenwich? Now, that theatre is actually just outside the boundaries of Soho, but only just. Also, the Great Ormond Street Hospital, (who own the rights to Peter Pan) is in a nearby neighbourhood, just northeast of Soho.

Like I said, if they wanted to show Nealfire living near the Flatiron Building, then the neighbourhood of Chelsea would make more sense, because it’s right there. Chelsea is also a neighbourhood in London, but it’s in a whole different area of the city, away from Soho, that theatre, and that hospital.

So if NealfirePAN had a choice in NYC of a few nearby neighbourhoods, SoHo would totally be the one he’d pick! 😉 You see, it’s not a case of “they don’t know their NYC geography properly,” it’s a case of, “something seems off here, which means it’s gotta be a clue.” I’m onto you and your tricksy ways, Adam and Eddy! 😉
