In the episode where Zelena starts to turn green, she is actually wearing one of Regina’s EQ dresses in the dark castle.

Could this be a Rumple centric and the flashback is to the missing year hence why Zelena is there?

So with Zelena returning for flashbacks, I wonder if we’ll see her wearing any of her own costumes or if she’s going to raid Regina’s wardrobe again?

Yeah…I’m going to have to really disagree with this statement.

First of all…if we really want to take all of this back, who pursued who first? Rumple right?

Wrong. Zelena was the one who made the first move. Rumple didn’t even know she existed until she turned up in the EF in Regina’s castle. As Zelena said when she saw Rumple teaching Regina in Walsh’s floor “He shouldn’t be teaching her. He should be teaching me!”

And who trained Zelena? Rumple right?

Rumple did train her but only because he was hedging his bets. Rumple has trained many other characters as well.

And who didn’t finish unfinished business with Zelena in Oz, when he knew she was a serious threat????? Rumple right????????

So you’re criticising Rumple for not killing Zelena at an earlier point in time?

And Zelena didn’t murder Rumple when he was powerless and pleading for his life just after he finally learned that he had someone who would have his back. He robbed Zelena of a chance at redemption.

Rumple considered sacrificing himself to stop Pan his redemption. Zelena manipulating people to bring Rumple back then enslaving him robbed him of that redemption.

Let’s take it a little deeper shall we, Rumple had EVERY right to kill Zelena right up to the moment when he looked Belle in the face and vowed that he wouldn’t, and yes, I know he worded it the way he did, but the mere fact he promised nonetheless. He lost that right the moment he told Belle he wouldn’t kill her, but given he’s broken his word before…I’m not that surprised.

Rumple never said he wouldn’t kill her. He never promised. He changed the subject.

Not only did killing Zelena dishonor his son’s dying wishes to not backslide, but he lied to his fiancée.

And Rumple is suffering the consequences of his actions now. However, none of the other characters are actually mourning Zelena’s demise or feeling bad for her so it’s not like he took out someone like Archie.

    Ouch much…

Zelena would’ve benefitted from being more fleshed out and having a stronger motivation than she did. She seemed genuinely happy at the idea of having a sister before suddenly turning on Regina for no other reason than jealousy. It made her come across as a whiny spoilt brat. I only time I felt genuinely sorry for Zelena was in the Oz flashback with Glinda and Dorothy.

Plus Zelena was denied her second chance by Rumple, so she does owe him some payback!!!

I disagree here. If Zelena has the right to take revenge on Rumple for killing her, then Rumple had every right to take revenge on Zelena for enslaving him and causing the death of his son.

I hope we don’t see every villain coming back. If they the idea is that the villains are getting their happy endings then that screws things up for the heroes big time. Zelena’s happy ending would be writing Regina out of existence. Cora’s happy ending was being queen with Leopold so Snow, Emma and Henry would be out of existence. Pan’s happy ending would be getting the heart of the truest believer and becoming immortal so Henry would be dead. Pan’s happy ending would contradict Cora’s. Unless the writers are trying to point out you can’t just write a happy ending but have to earn it, then chaos is going reign in Storybrooke.

I wonder if we’ll see him in present day or just flashbacks?

Interesting. Are these going to be Oz flashbacks or missing year flashbacks? Or perhaps something to do with Walsh if Walsh returns? It’s unlikely but not impossible.

    I’m thinking missing year flashbacks.

Day 2- Least Favourite Female Regular Character (Past or Present): Snow.

Snow is my least favourite female regular because, since 3A, when her storyline became baby orientated due to Ginny Goodwin’s real life pregnancy, Snow’s treatment of Emma became very poor. Snow said in season 2 that Emma should get used to being put first, but in season 3 Snow couldn’t care less about Emma because she has a new baby as a replacement Emma. Snow’s main reason for wanting a baby in the first place is that Emma is too old to play mommy to. As Snow tells Emma, their current relationship is “not what I wanted”. Whereas Snow jumped in a portal after Emma in season 2 not wanting to be separated again, in season 3 Snow is happy to be separated from Emma forever so that she can stay with Charming in Neverland.

Snow was so thick in 3B that it never occurred to her that the stranger she so willingly let into her life could be the wicked witch despite never having seen her before on the off-chance that they might have been friends in the missing year. She demands Charming drop everything to meet the midwife despite the fact that he’s trying to hunt down the wicked witch and complains that he seems distracted. there were plenty of other times he could have met Zelena, he didn’t have to meet her at that exact moment. Snow is then overly possessive of the new baby and won’t let anyone else hold him. She treats Emma horribly when Emma’s powers are on the fritz and if anything makes the situation worse. She is then happy for Emma to give up her powers because it will make Emma “normal”.

Snow is quite self-centred, blurting the truth out in Neverland because she doesn’t want to keep it a secret despite it being the best course of action at that time. She is too attached to Charming to the point that she doesn’t want to live without him so would essentially commit suicide (with her unborn child) and make things difficult for Regina in the process. If the heart splitting had failed, Regina would’ve been up the creek given her past history with Snow. Snow also doesn’t care what happens to anybody else so long as her and her little family unit get what they want.

I wonder when they are going to actually release Isham’s soundtrack for season 3. It’s possible they might do it when Season 4 ends and have both seasons’ soundtrack on one CD.

    I’ll go first.

Day 1- Favourite Female Regular Character (Past or Present): Belle

I choose Belle because she is still a “strong” woman even though she doesn’t have magic or is a good sword-fighter/archer. Belle’s strength comes from her intelligence and empathy for others. Belle isn’t perfect, she’s flawed and sometimes her thirst for knowledge, desire to be a hero and her willingness to see the good in others is used against her and becomes her weakness. However, Belle doesn’t give up. She learns from her mistakes yet still maintains her positive outlook in life. She’s a very forgiving person but isn’t a door mat. She’s kind, she’s friendly and some of the more emotional scenes often involve her. She can be naïve and too trusting of people yet is often the one to offer a genuine second chance to those who wrong her.
