ParticipantHook discovers Bae is Milah and Rumple’s son. At least that’s how I read it.

ParticipantI wonder what Bae was doing in the six months between going through the portal and meeting Wendy. He didn’t want to be sent to the workhouse, yet how did he know what a workhouse was since he was from a different land.
What if Bae is Once’s version of Oliver Twist? Disney did Oliver and Company which is based on Oliver Twist. Oliver ran with thieves before being taken in by a rich family. Maybe we will meet Once’s version of the Artful Dodger someday.

ParticipantHook and Milah didn’t know Rumple had lost Bae at the time of Milah’s death because Milah stated that she didn’t know why the dark one wanted a magic bean. However, once Bae gives his name to Hook then I’m sure Hook would start to connect the dots. Bae may even tell Hook his life story. Hook knew Bae didn’t want to be found by Rumple because he said so to Belle in The Outsider.

ParticipantI don’t think the shadow has anything to do with Rumple. He was too busy on finding a way to get to a land without magic so he could find Bae. Why go through all that and the curse if he intended the shadow to find Bae and bring him to Neverland?
Rumple was nicknamed the crocodile by Hook because of his appearance, he didn’t need to go to Neverland to get the nickname.
In regards to Smee, Rumple would’ve seen Smee on the ship when Milah was trying to bargain with him for the bean. It wouldn’t have taken much for Rumple to figure that if Smee hadn’t been killed by Hook, then it was likely Smee was pressganged into Hook’s crew.

Rumple/Lacey- All their scenes. When Lacey was talking about them being together forever, she sounded very Belle like. Also Rumple being able to keep Lacey/Belle young forever means RumBelle can be a “tale as old as time” 😀 . Had to laugh when Lacey asked Rumple why he didn’t tell her he could do magic. I just imagined the scene playing out like this:
Lacey: Why didn’t you tell me you could do magic?
Rumple: I did, on the night you lost your memory. You didn’t take it well.Least Favourite
Regina revealing she killed Kurt. She could’ve let him go, he wouldn’t have been able to find Storybrooke again, and nobody would’ve believed him about a magical town. I felt sorry for Greg uncovering his father’s remains.
Blue Fairy- Just appearing to say Regina will be fine. Whale could have probably come to the same conclusion.

ParticipantIf Wendy never saw the shadow during the day, then she wouldn’t know if it was normal or not.

ParticipantI wonder if the Lost Boys would see Rumple as some kind of boogeyman in Neverland. He is the dark one, and Bae had nightmares about him which could make Rumple “the stuff of nightmares”.

ParticipantI wonder what happens to the shadow during the daytime, it obviously doesn’t like light.
What if the shadow and Peter Pan are the same person but Pan is under some sort of curse so that by day he is Peter but by night he is the shadow.

ParticipantI wonder if they are going to tie the home office into the Salem Witch trials. Though that would mean that the Home Office has been around longer than Wendy.

ParticipantI think the shadow is the dark side of a child. In The Doctor, Rumple said to Regina that “nothing is innocent” yet it is generally assumed that children are innocent. Also how childish is it to go “No girls allowed, only boys can stay in Neverland” which is basically what the shadow told Wendy. Also, the shadow not letting the boys go home could be seen as kind of saying “You have to stay and play with me forever”. Children don’t generally care about how others feel, they are very self-centred, it is by growing up that they learn to consider the needs and feelings of others. So whilst the shadow is wrong by forcing the lost boys to stay, it isn’t understanding what it is doing is wrong.
