There is a difference between thoughtful debate and people yelling and we’re going to the dark place. If people are actually getting so upset to the point where they are leaving OncePodcast or leaving and then still being so upset that they need to respond to something, we have an issue.
It is human instinct to respond when you feel that something is “wrong” or does not line up with your expectations. I understand this and if it is done in a careful and considerate manner then it’s called debate and it’s awesome. However, the shipping issue is getting a wee bit out of hand. I seriously cringe every time I see that someone has posted in a shipping thread that I know they don’t ship (yes, I know all your ships. You can’t hide from me). There seems to be an unspoken rule, for example, that the CSers will leave the SF thread alone and vice versa. When it started becoming a conversation between the two sides, we opened a CSF thread.
Guys, I cannot open a thousand threads to debate every single possible ship and why or why not you support it. Our server would WEEP. The fact that this only page 3 and suddenly we’ve got Hookrield, Mufire, CS, SF, and Lord knows what else is mind boggling. I don’t know if you guys want a general shipping thread (under the caveat that you cannot discuss the MAJOR ships that already have EXTENSIVE threads—Snowing, Rumbelle, CS, and SF) or if we can all agree to walk away. Do we want a general shipping thread? Is that something that we can handle? I need thoughts here guys because I’m at a bit of a loss. Ship and let ship but I will not squash debate either. And I like individual shipping threads because they are generally positive places to hang out with your fellow mates.
This thread is for the positive aspects of Mufire–whether they are now your OTP for Neal and/or Mulan or if you just like them as a bro-ship. Leave your SF, CS, Hookriel, HookedQueen, Pongo/Archie hangups at the door. Please if only for my sake?
Can we go back to just discussing the Neal and Mulan interaction and not drag anything else in?

The fact that I still have my sanity after a summer of spoilers makes no sense. No worries.
What do you think Hook’s history is with Tinkerbell? Obviously, the both were in NL before and probably had at least heard of each other. Might Tinkerbell and Hook have even spent time together before? The fact that Hook will seek Tink’s help now suggests that she has helped him previously. I think Tinkerbell may have helped Hook originally escape from NL to the EF.
I saw someone say that Tink and Hook are the ones who help Bae escape NL. It’s an interestng theory.

It’s not as if I don’t know the words, but they really take away from the friendly atmosphere of a place.

I agree. And I think that’s what prompts them to go to war. So the tword works this way:
–Regina poisons Snow with the Apple
–Charming wakes up Snow
–Regina learns that Snow is awake
–Regina offers Snow a deal involving the sword in the stone
–Snow pulls the sword from the stone
–Regina goes back on her deal
–Charming and Snow go to war against Regina (and George)
