I think it has to do with a prophesy. I think PP recognizes that Henry is a child born of true love.

I agree with you. It hasn’t been established that Nostos can heal a wound, but I think it can. And it’s a nice way to recall QoH episode where Cora brought the waters back and Hook used it to rejuvenate the bean.
