KeymasterI see what you’re saying but let me try this:
London became the LWC after magic was almost all eradicated from it. Bae was in London when magic was still at its height. In LWC magic had all but been depleted. Rumple as a magical creature was still in color because of his inherent magical properties.

KeymasterSpeaking of portals. What ever happened to that enchanted compass that Snow & Emma needed to get back to Stoybrooke ?
To this question I have no answer. My only guess is that Snow and Emma still have it.

Interesting question and I’m starting to think that kidnapping Henry is more out of necessity than any real thought out plan which wherever GOAT end up, they very well could be stranded and without any of their scientific advancements, maybe placing them back on equal footing with the CharmingStiltskins.
I like that idea! My thing about all of this is just like last year. Why on Mother’s Day for the big emotional finales?? Last year they made us think that Henry could be dead, this year GOAT are kidnapping Henry. I seriously don't think that we'll get back to him in this ep, I think they'll be on the Jolly Roger to go after him, but I think sadly it will be one of the cliffhangers, the launch of a rescue mission.
Yes that will be the cliffhanger and the first two or three episodes will be finding Henry and rescuing him from GOAT

Keymaster1. Does there have to be magic on both sides for the hat to work? Assuming that is how he got across. The hat’s rule on numbers going across presents some logistics questions.
Interesting question. According to the episode The Doctor
Rumpelstiltskin: No, no. Your hat only transports between magical realms. I need to get to a land without magic.
Saying realms makes me think that there has to be magic on both sides. But we know there is magic in LWC but it is very feeble and neglected.
Even though the books were written with Frankenstein long before the Peter Pan stories, apparently in the OUAT reference, the PP story must have occurred first, regardless whether my theory is right or not. And that’s not that big a deal really, when you consider the time difference between things like Midas (Greek mythology), Arthurian legend (ca. 1000 AD and earlier) and out other fairy tale characters (say… 18th Cent. before Bros. Grimm collected it into their anthology). For all that to thread together into our body of classic literature, there would be some significant time warping involved.
Excellent point. We can’t really apply out timeline to their timelines. When the stories were written could just be an indication of when those myths started seeping through to our world. The Frankenstien myth seeped through before Peter Pan even though over in LWC it was after the events of the Darling Children.

KeymasterNumber Three, again from a peek which I’ve decided I’m grateful for. I don’t want to know anything else.

KeymasterI definitely believe that Tamara’s family has to factor into why she hates magic so much. The fact that she has a grandmother (which is the only personal fact about her that we’ve learned) heightens any kind of Tiana connection they might try to make.
The Shinning One and the H.O. do seem to have some similarities. Nice find."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"RumplesGirl

Really surprised they sent this one out, but another peek from a peek!
Honestly, they’ve already spoiled so much with the peeks that I’m hoping we don’t get any new, impactful spoiler tweets that we haven’t already seen. I never thought I’d care how much spoiled I get to be before an episode, but the Gold/David/MM and the Emma/Regina sneak peeks were just so emotional I wish they’d left them for us to see first hand in the episode.
Mmm. Didn’t think of it that way, but yes I agree. I’m hoping they saved some powerful emotional scenes for live viewing.

KeymasterLooks like we may get a script tease or two. Here’s the first. It’s from a peek, but hey…it’s something!
