KeymasterWhy did Jefferson go to Wonderland originally? Did Rumple send him? What did Rumple think was in Wonderland originally that would help him? If we assume that Rumple sent Jefferson there for some item and Jefferson didn’t discover it, that would lead Rumple to conclude that Wonderland is an annoying little world, not worth of his time. But still, it begs the question, what did Rumple THINK was there to warrant going?

KeymasterI do think Hook loved Milah, but the the reasoning he gave to Emma about wanting to go to SB is very telling : “To get revenge on the man who took my hand” not “To exact revenge on the man who killed my true love.” I do think they are going to have a sort of triangle between Emma/Mystery Man (Bae, Peter Pan and whoever else we think he might be)/ Hook.

KeymasterI think I was under the impression that at some point they said Wonderland wasn’t magical…but I’m obviously wrong. 😳
My other questions still stand."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"RumplesGirl
KeymasterI really want to believe that Rumple is trying all options to get to our world before he resorts to using the Dark Curse. He’s training Regina to make her a monster in case everything else fails, but he wants to try all options first. The Curse is a good option, but it does mean waiting for Regina to come to full power, waiting for Snow and Charming to fall in love, making sure Charming and Snow get pregnant, and then waiting an additional 28 years until Emma shows up to break the curse. These things Jefferson is getting for him could speed up the process, help him get to our land, get Bae, and get back without having to do all this pesky waiting.
As to those slippers: unless the magic of the slippers is that they take you to Kansas, no matter where your home really is? The writers could get around “no place like home” like that."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"RumplesGirl
KeymasterI really don’t think Whale is that important that they would make him two characters. I think all the talk of the ruby slippers and Jeffersn’s “off we shall go to see him” were (not so subtle) misdirection that will be revisited later. I think we’ll see Oz/The Wizard at some point in this season, but it wont be Whale. His presence and mystery have been solved, for the most part, and unless they show us this brother (I really like the theory that it’s a Mr. Hyde like creature…) then I think his story is done.
If Oz is all powerful (when he’s in Oz, because in our land he was a charlatan magician) then I think we haven’t seen him yet. Maybe he’s still in EF?"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"October 29, 2012 at 12:56 pm in reply to: The origin of Regina’s hatred for Rumple and Jefferson? #158414RumplesGirl
KeymasterI get the feeling there is a lot more of Jefferson’s backstory we haven’t learned yet, and some of that backstory will shed some light on Regina and Jefferson’s relationship. Obviously, at some point they had a falling out. Could she have been the reason Jefferson’s wife die?
Here are my questions as of last night: 1) How did Jefferson come by his hat? 2) Where did Rumple find Jefferson? 3) If Jefferson’s hat can only travel to magical realms, how did he get to Wonderland? 4) Does this mean that there is another room of doors that lead only to non-magical worlds? Or is that the only room in existence and Jefferson can only go through the doors where magic is present (and what does this mean for Wonderland??)"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"RumplesGirl
KeymasterYes, it will be Regina that kills Daniel (part deux). It will add fuel to the fire of her hatred for Snow.

KeymasterWhat if Hook becomes a stand-in for Gaston (as the real Gaston is dead and was a horrible actor…) and tries to get Belle to go with him. But then the epic battle on the castle in the classic Disney movie happens, Rumple gets stabbed, and then Belle has to save him with true love. This may just be my Rumbelle fantasy in my head, but they could play out the movie.

KeymasterYeah, Jack and the Beanstalk doesn’t do much for me. It’s a cute fairy tale and they can show it, fine, but I’d much rather see Peter Pan!!
Wonderland didn’t have magic either, but somehow they could chop off Jefferon’s head and then put it back on his body. So, magic can exist in Wonderland, probably through the Queen of Hearts (Cora!)

KeymasterI was thinking along the same lines, PriceofMagic. What better revenge against Rumple than to take his true love? Plus, can Rumple even die?? He is still the Dark One, we know this because he summoned the Wraith.
