KeymasterSo aren’t half the magic doers of the world walking around as other people in order to prevent magically thick blood. I’m not saying you’re not right, but I’m saying it’s problematic and sloppy.
No, I wouldn’t think the glamour spell would undo that. The glamour spell is more of an illusion. Zelena’s heart might still look like Marian’s, but that doesn’t undo whatever darkness in it.
Well then in that case, we really could have used some more information about 1) this new disease and 2) this new glamour spell and what it does.

KeymasterHow does Regina having true love magic affect Zelena’s heart?? Zelena (as Marian)’s heart was bright red when Regina pulled it out of her in 403. This has nothing to do with Regina’s heart.
I’ll mention this again, but who’s to say the glamour spell didn’t conceal the appearance of Zelena’s heart to look like Marian’s, too?

KeymasterDifferent people are going to see what they want to see. But Marian was a failed plot device and Adam and Eddy needed a quick fix for that, so they made Zelena somehow alive again. Does it make sense? No. But they needed a quick fix.
Zelena being alive does not necessitate Marian dying in the way past, or as someone else put it, before the show actually had to deal with her in any meaningful way. She spent most of 4A passed out, and then in her big return: she’s been dead all along and is really a white woman. And on top of this, we actually saw a really strong woman in Marian in the EF flashbacks. It’s insult to injury.

KeymasterBecause she has true love magic now, white magic like Emma. Love can reverse a dark heart. Remember when Regina pulled out her own heart and gave it to Tinkerbell? The moment she started talking about her pure love for Henry, it started to get brighter? Now, Regina’s heart is filled with love, for Henry, Robin and little Roland too.

KeymasterI wouldn’t necessarily call it racist.
Unintentional racism is still racism. Do I think A and E are setting out to be racist? No. Certainly not. But the way they write the PoC on this show does come across as being unintentionally racist, with no one it the writing room realizing it. It’s an issue when every single PoC on the show is being treated the way they are being treated.
I also think, Adam and Eddy don’t write to fill quotas. They write a story.
And the story they keep writing is that PoC are easily disposed of or secretly white people. It’s…an issue.

KeymasterAdding to Watcher’s list:
One of the witches of Oz was Latina (I believe—it was hard to tell because she was never really shown obviously except in passing) but did absolutely nothing beside sit and smile and nod along to Glinda.

Keymaster….was the only plot hole (the other episodes had numerous)
you think the clover was the only plot hole?
How about:
–why does Rumple need Robin to go to Oz in the first place?
–How did Will get to Oz
–How did Will get out of Oz
–How did that door get to Oz since it clearly poofed out of mid air. Did Rumple do that?
–How is Neal’s apartment around for the Hood’s to squat in?
–Why do handcuffs prevent Regina from doing magic? It wasn’t the Home Office Cuff–just normal handcuffs. She can’t wave her hands?
–Why is it Zelena in the mirror? Is that a magic mirror? does she have to avoid all mirrors now in case someone sees it really her?
–The hospital released Rumple even though he apparently has really thick magic blood that vanished within hours of diagnosis? Um. No.

KeymasterHappy Monday.
Rumple’s speech to Robin was the one bright point of that horrible episode. But like Phee said else where, it also reeked of them saying “and now we don’t need to talk about Nealfire ever again”
