Anyway, basically, I guess what I’m saying is that IMO, the way they’ve split the storylines for now is a brilliant way for them to introduce new characters, develop existing ones, and set up new elements of the story which will play out during the coming season.
I concur! 😀 I know on OUAT FB Board, a few are complaining about all the new characters etc. Personally, I’m loving it and can see how it will carry us not only through this season but hopefully into many more.

I wish I had time to go into the three songs that Gypsy mentioned and tie them in with the Mystery Man/Neal Cassady…believed to be Baelfire.
Wow! 😆

3. Also how could Cora be in the pit and acting as Lancelot at the same time? In 28 years did no one ever happen to notice her missing from the pit when pretending to be Lancelot?
I think that Cora spent most of her time being LANCELOT for the people. She only pretended to be in the pit as Cora when she was trying to get information. She kept in the shadows out of view of the guards when they came to get Snow and Emma.
WE also only have her word that Lancelot is dead. I think she has him trapped somewhere unable to get to present day EF safe Haven. Maybe she is cahoots with Ogres or Trolls and they keep him prisoner for her.
. .
Agreed Nonnie. In a recent interview, K&H stated how surprised they were that most people seem to believe Cora and take her at her word rather than questioning what she says. So yes, it seems likely that Lance is alive somewhere out there being held in captivity.

Maybe they’ll split up aspects of Peter’s character between Rumple and Bae. Like maybe Rumple cuts off Hook’s hand and Bae is the one who stays a boy for hundreds of years.
I like that idea Lisa. Makes a lot of sense. 🙂

I think that Emma can be a Wendy connection of sorts, but there’ll still be someone else who was actually the Wendy. I agree that it’s quite possible that it was on the trip to our world where he met Emma that he decided to stay here, but I still reckon the traditional story happened at some point in our history before 1904 (the year when the story first went public as a play), otherwise our world wouldn’t have Peter Pan’s story at all.
They could twist it as though Peter came to our world multiple times over several hundred years, because he was inexplicably searching for someone. He met Wendy, and thought she was the one, so he took her back, but it turned out she wasn’t the one after all. Then one day, on another trip, he met Emma, and somehow sensed that they had a connection and she was the one he’d been sort of subconsciously searching for, and that’s why he stayed here, to be near her, because after whatever happened with Wendy, he realised that he wasn’t meant to take people back to Neverland with him, it was him who was meant to stay here.
Well Phee, you certainly make a good argument for this and now with Midnight Dreary posting about possibly seeing more of Morraine & Bae’s story, that makes a lot of sense.
Will be fun watching it all unravel in any event 🙂 The next few weeks will be very interesting 😀

To be honest with you and I fully admit I have not seen it for myself, but my understanding is that the ‘blonde patient’ is listed in Dr. Whales files and under the men, right?
My thought is this it’s another play or ‘clue’ on the Dr. Frankenstein theory.
I think it’s a joke about Rocky from The Rocky Horror Picture Show. For those that have never seen it, RHPS is a parody type movie/play that is reminiscent of Dr.Frankenstein. The man character (Dr, Frank N. Furter), creates a man with ‘blonde hair’ and a tan, named Rocky.
So yeah, I think it’s just the writers or whoever giving another playfull clue.
Oh Keie! I so love this theory! LOL! Too bad they didn’t go a step further and credit Kis Yurij as Riff Raff instead of “the assistant”. 😆

I enjoyed and believed the Frankenstein theory so completely, I just made a bet with someone on it., They technically have a near infinite chance (if the character is anything But Frankenstein) but that just goes to show how strongly i believe this theory.

ParticipantHi Midnight!
Lazy? I think not! LOL! You always make time to greet the newcomers and I like that about you! 🙂
Was this on OUAT’s main facebook page and do you remember where? I’d be interested in reading that. I’d love to see Morraine & Bae as Wendy & Peter. That would mean that Emma would be following somewhat in Moira’s shoes. So a bit of the original tale followed by a modern take of it via the movie Hook. Thanks for sharing Midnight 🙂

ParticipantI believe the connection between Baelfire & Morraine have more to do with it being a nod to the book series Wheel of Time. Here is a link that describes Moraine (a heroine) and Balefire (a weapon to erase time). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wheel_of_Time
K&H also gave nods to this in Lost. Remember the frozen wheel that would move the Island through time and space? http://lostpedia.wikia.com/wiki/Frozen_wheel
As far as the “Wendy” connection, I still believe it will be Emma. I don’t think Bae, even as Peter Pan, would have gone back to the Enchanted Forest. That would rule out visiting Morraine. Peter always came to the real world, a world without magic. In the movie Hook, Moira (Peter’s wife) was Wendy’s grand daughter. Moria was the reason Peter left Neverland and stayed in the real world. In my mind, this has to be Emma. She is Moira and I think she reminded Bae of his childhood friend Morraine. Funny how in Hook, Peter tells Wendy that he will Kiss Moira. Not buttons or thimbles, but a kiss. True love’s kiss?
Yes, in Hook, Peter no only drops his phone out of a window once, but twice. That whole scene in NY with the Stranger just screamed Peter Pan. From the open window that Peter would also sit outside while listening to Wendy tell her brother stories, from the phone dropping, to the little white bird showing up,

ParticipantAgain, good stuff Fairy Dust and Gypsy. Gypsy, you know I love Magic Trip (who’d think to name their bus Further? LOL!).
I think all this stuff on Neal Cassady is great but what really clenched it for me were the obvious clues regarding Bae’s age; Rumple always using the term LOST when referring to Bae; Moira/Wendy connection; Neverland accounting for Bae’s years; and all the other clues I’ve listed in the original post. It just seemed the obvious fairy tale character to me.
Now we see Rumple and Hook all entangled because of Mihla and that connection alone just reaffirms the Peter Pan/Bae theory. The fact that they actually show a young Bae, in the tavern, watching it all go down between Hook, his father and his mother, isn’t just a coincidence. It’s to set up Bae’s personal conflict with Hook.
The physical features can’t be denied either. The facial expressions, the almost tangible mood we feel when looking at both young Bae and Neal’s eyes & face.
I know we find out about Neal being Henry’s father in 2×06 and they said we’d find out Bae’s fate this season. I just hope the latter is sooner than later cause I’ve been patiently waiting to see Bae/Peter Pan since February and the anticipation is killing me! LOL!
