So…. I’ve got a theory:
Hook dies. Emma trades her soul to Hades for him. Why? Because this is what occurred for Megara in the Disney version, when her boyfriend died. She traded her soul for him to live again and he “ran off with some babe and hurt her real bad” as said by Hades. This could be where we are headed…. They travel to the underworld to get him back but must make a swap and Emma decides to take his place.

I have a feeling it’ll be okay in the end. Emma will revive it with her magic or something. I’m pretty sure the writers won’t ruin it for good, because to them, the bug stands for Emma herself, not just Swanfire.
If that bug can survive Chernabog flying through its windshield, it can survive being half-burnt.
If they are really trying to, they’ll use it as an opportunity to replace the car that has Neal/Emma past with one that has Hook/Emma future.
The fact that this car even exist brings up a lot of questions xD

I think they learned their lesson with the NL arc. And with Wonderland. Unless they go to the underworld and we skip ahead six weeks again lol

Depends on what they define as immortality. The Dark One is said to be immortal…but they can still be killed. Also, if Merlin was given his immortality, that could mean it can be taken away as well.
Some stories have a “you’ll live just as long as nothing kills you” stance on immortality, for others literally nothing can cause you to die no matter what. Since A&E have said there have been other sorcerers and in this episode we will see merlin get his powers and immortality, I am guessing there is a way to kill the sorcerer and someone higher in the magical rank just chooses another.
