Do you think Baelfire was wrong to go to the Blue Fairy for help and was the Blue Fairy wrong to give Baelfire the magic bean without speaking to Rumple first?

No. Rumpel was in a very bad place, a very dark place. A place his son didn’t want him to be in. And in a way, Blue just gave him an option. Rumpel wasn’t forced to do use the bean, it was a choice and one he backed out on. If Blue or Bae had just pushed rump down the portal I would say they were wrong but Bae gave him the choice, Rump said yes, and then backed out. So basically no, they didn’t do anything wrong at all
