ParticipantI wonder what Emma’s new personality wil be like. Rumpel kinda has a…..giggly…insane thing going on. Regina has this sort of suave regal thing going on. Zelena is somewhere in the middle. Emma would probably be very…stern and straight to the point. Very “if you make ONE mistake, there are no second chances. I’m turning you into a pig-frog.” I think Emma is going to turn out to be the most evil character we have. She’s really going to be a force, guys. Ya know. Just until the new villain arises in 5×11.
Black Swan is really the number one thing I’m most excited to see in Season 5, though the costume did dull my thrill a little, I’m still hyped to see what Emma’s going to be like and do. I one hundred percent agree with you TW that Emma’s going to be a stern villain, very serious….her costume already reminds me of a strict principal with that tied back hairbun.

ParticipantI think the leather jacket is intended to capture a bit of the flair of her classic red jacket. It’s still her, somewhere in there. I just hope this arc allows us to explore Rumple’s journey instead of casting him and Belle aside as no longer important.
That’s a very interesting thought, Keb. I like that. I think i would have gotten it more if it were like the same style as her jacket, just more…spiked and evil and sharp looking but then again that’d probably look ridiculous. Honestly, i think its an OKAY outfit. It’s defiently not horrible, i think (as with most things on this show) we just expected more. I could get used to it though. Imagine Dark Swan marching down the streets of SB, dagger in hand, cape billowing behind her. THIS. WILL. BE. AMAZING. I guess that guy’s words are true: “Die a hero or live long enough to become a villain.” Usually in OUAT its the opposite. Either die a villain or live long enough for a redemption arc.

ParticipantMaybe Eduardo was just exhausted that day, and just put anything together for Dark Swan. Because the Eddie I know, who designed and made all the fierce, elegant Evil Queen Costumes….he wouldn’t normally just throw some leather on a villain, and just say done. Especially if its once in a season type of thing such as Dark Swan!

ParticipantNot…Definetly not what I was expected. She looks more like a DC Superhero than the Dark One…..
I mean….she’s the Black Swan, so the black leather is good, but add a black feathered collar, or something. She should be to black feathers what Cruella was to her fur. Plus, the tidy hair just screams substitute teacher, where’s the unruly, wild hair with a dark hue….add some purple or black highlights for goodness sake!
What I expected:

What I got:
The female version of Batman. (Flips Tables)

ParticipantI mean you say that like the writers couldn’t easily get around that with a wave of their hand. Suddenly Camelot is frozen in time and Arthur never ages but sent his young sons Killian and Liam off to live in a land with time! (see, problem solved)
If Camelot is frozen in time then that completely screws with the Neverland arc as Pan wouldn’t have needed the heart of the truest believer because he could’ve just moved to Camelot and stayed young there without the threat of dying like he was in Neverland.
You think the writers remember their plot from 2 seasons ago?

ParticipantAnyone else thinking that this guy kinda looks like Colin…?
The resemblance is impressive….and if Hook isn’t Arthur’s child, which is a good theory….whose to say Arthur isn’t Hook’s kid? If the latter, it is quite sure to stir quite a rouse in the fandom (Blind Item), particularly CaptainSwan because of their want for Emma to be the first to bare Killian’s children, and to learn that another child is already out there. Not to mention, Hook does have a history of one night stands, but I’m 99.9% sure even Adam and Eddy would NOT go there.

ParticipantWoo! I was close….I guess Black Swan might be copyrighted or something, but Dark Swan works too.

ParticipantSo….the time skip they teased will be for 5B? Okay, well, at least we can expect spoiler photos if they pick up right in Steveston.
