We dig into the past of one of Storybrooke’s side characters and see little bits from the rest of the story. These are our initial thoughts. More details and discussion in our next full episode of ONCE podcast™.
Some of our interesting discussion points:
- Fairy dust comes from diamonds.
- We get to see more of all seven dwarfs, and then some!
- “There are no female dwarfs” and dwarfs from from eggs? (Which came first, the dwarf or the egg?)
- Storybrooke has nuns. Perhaps Henry’s school is where they teach, and thus Mary Margaret’s “sister” title in initial scripts?
- Emma uses lie-detection again, but then questions her ability.
- We’ll closely examine the phone records with a future screenshot.
- We saw Belle, which would place “Dreamy” during the events of “Skin Deep.”
- Guy chewing a carrot made us think of March Hare from Alice in Wonderland.
- Nova was the fairy’s name in Fairytale Land, Astrid in Storybrooke. Both are related to astronomy.
- Mr. Gold has some negative history with nuns—or fairies?
- We share some things from the Once Upon a Time panel at PaleyFest.
