Gotta admit, I’m not a fan of the cover either & hope that’s not it- wouldn’t have been a fan of a Hook only cover either (& I say that as a BIG/Massive Killian/Hook fan). The Dvd cover should IMO, feature all the main characters, since the story involves them all- it’s not like they couldn’t do single character cases when they do ‘box sets’ 😉

I like that there’s going to be a special feature about the villains.

So do I- looking forward to seeing that & I’m hoping there’s some good deleted scenes too- Love the Hook/Jello scene from S2 lol.

I don’t understand why the thread “AUGUST 19 release of DVD” got shut down. I was pleased to see the important information about the release date in the subject and on the first message of the first page.

Anyone looking in this thread (“Season 3 DVD/Blu-Ray Info”) won’t even know that there’s an official release date until they’ve waded through a page and a half of “‘When is the DVD coming out?’ ‘Dunno. Don’t like the cover.'”.

The discussion about cover art is interesting, but when a person is eagerly awaiting news of the release date…

Because there is no reason to have two threads for the exact same thing. I CAN however, change the title of this thread to make it easier for you.

Other options would have been to lock the old thread or change its title to “Season 3 cover art”. I just know that the phrase “There is already a thread for this” feels like a huge slap in the face to a person who has taken time to post something he or she thinks the rest of the forum will want to hear. There are kinder ways.

A few alternate fan made coverarts that I think look better than the official one:

All that needs to be said…. 😛

And just to add….well….Regina did save the day in Season 3A & 3B …so….Season 3 kinda was Regina’s “Hero Season” just as Season 1 and 2 was Emma’s “Hero Season”

OUAT really needs to hire these fans because they come up with Better stuff than they do. I like the fan covers better, but I wish it would incorporate both Neverland and Oz into the cover instead of making it seem like the whole season was just Neverland

EDIT: Oh wait. I see the emerald city in the second one now 😛 thats the one I like most

It is strange. Especially when David Goodman gets to be on two of them. Actually, I recall it being said that the Blu-Ray would have additional features not on the DVD. Maybe this only lists the DVD special features, and we could get a few more commentaries on the Blu-Ray?
