Turns out the rest of the cast are on the front cover after all. They’re in the apple and are actually on the picture posted on the other page if you look carefully.

So Regina is on there twice but they couldn’t get Belle or Neal. Okay.

At least they made it onto the inside cover.

Neal didn’t even make the season 2 DVD cover anywhere

I believe I have found the back cover thanks to a forum devoted to DVD coverart. This was specifically posted in their scanned covers section:

The character profile images are only in a different location because this is the DVD, not the Blu-Ray cover as previously posted.

Well….I mean….Belle and Neal….I think the Once Season Front Covers are really for the Original Core Cast Only! I mean, that’s my personal thought….I know, I know, (But Hook Is On There…well, Hook is a fan favorite!)  Back Cover is for the Side-Core Cast( Neal, Henry, Belle, etc…)

I don’t even expect Robin to be on the S4 One Front Cover, but him and Belle can have a place on the S4 Back Cover with Henry!

As for this being the Regina Show….well…Once Upon A Time was originally thought up with the single thought Adam and Eddy shared:
“Where’s the one place the Evil Queen could win?”   Just tossing that out there as a reply 😛

I mean…don’t get me wrong, of course the show is still centered around Emma Swan and her journey, but there would be no Emma if there was no Snowing, and there would be no Snowing, if there was no Evil Queen! And there would be no Evil Queen if there was no Rumplestilskin….so kinda yeah….dare I say, this is really the Rumple & Regina show! 😛

But in the end, for many reasons, Once Upon A Time is centered around Emma Swan, bio mom of Henry, daughter of Snowing, and (step)grand-daughter of Regina!

And as for Regina being on here twice…well….if we were to be honest…her fan base is really about sixty five percent of Oncers! 😛 Which is why I’m convinced that Rumple will be the cover of Season 4, cause his fan base are just about equal to that!

    DVD Cover Headshots

    Season 1: Everyone

    Season 2: Emma

    Season 3: Regina

Season 4: Rumplestilskin (I’m quite sure…unless Elsa is made a Core Character! Before anyone says it cant’ happen, may I remind you that Captain Hook was supposed to be only season 2 guest star with Cora in Season 2! That is until Adam and Eddy saw how popular his character, and instantly upped him to a Series Regular by October or November of 2012!)

The most random deleted scene ever. Rumple making a deal with Rip Van Winkle. Not sure which episode:

Rumple takes a dagger from Rip Van Winkle so whatever episode he gives that to Bae, I’m assuming that’s where it’s from.

I don’t know which version of the DVDs this is available on, but I saw a post on tumblr that there is commentary for 3×22.  Notes are here.

There’s notes for the 317 commentary, too.

It’s from 3×4, right before Rumple gave the knife to Bae and said that he got it from a man who didn’t need it any more and Bae called him out on it but saying “taking it from a man who couldn’t pay you.” Now that scene makes more sense.

I asked the person who posted the DVD commentary notes for 3×22, who does the commentary and she responded to me:

    obisgirl said:
Who does the commentary for the ouat finale, 3×22? Is it Eddy and Adam? And which version of the bluray is that available on?

Yes Adam and Eddy are doing the finale commentary. The blu ray I have is the version that will be released in the US on August 19th.
