Emma had to kiss her true love to break the 1st storybrooke curse (which was Henry) as a condition of breaking the 1st curse, so it didnt matter how many other TL’s kissed, the curse was only set to break when Emma performed it-
Yep, I realize the first curse had Emma built-in as the Savior by Rumple well before it was cast and hence only Emma could break it. But I don’t see anyone else potentially breaking the WW’s curse this time round unless its Regina but idk if she can do that in her cursed state. Plus if you consider the Emma= Dorothy theory and Hook being the only one to have escaped the WW’s curse (still not sure about Rumple), my gut feeling is that the TLK will work similar to Season 1, like you say, the 2 birds, 1 stone thing…wake up and shake up! 🙂

I’m seriously convinced guys. And did you see JMo’s tweet yesterday??? “it’s Tuesday, I like you”. When she was in House MD, that was a thing between her and Chase. I think they even said it during their marriage proposal. So yeah. LOL

I watched the Quiet Minds promo again and I am sticking with my original theory.
I think at least part of Hook’s secret is that he is “working” with Neal. I still think Neal has “become” the Dark One. I know Rumple’s name is still on the dagger but after watching the promo again here’s what I think happened. I think Neal decided to go ahead and use Dark Magic to get Rumple back. He and Belle were working together. Something went very wrong and it looks like when they got Rumple back his Dark One powers were transferred to Neal (all magic comes with a price). But I don’t think Neal is affected by the Dark One powers the same way Rumple was, or maybe Rumple and Neal are BOTH somehow affected by the Dark One power now. But Neal is aware that he made a mistake by using Dark Magic. He has moments were he is himself and moments when he isn’t. Either Belle ran away from him or he sent her away. Either Neal sent for Hook to get Emma or Belle did but Neal, Belle, and Hook were all aware of what happened while they were in the EF – that Rumple was back and that Neal was turned dark. I am still really thinking it is Neal who contacted Hook though and told him to get Emma and Henry but to keep them away from him because he is dangerous. I think Hook may have even known the curse was coming (because he couldn’t have stopped it) and was told to make sure Belle would be caught in the new curse because Neal didn’t want her to know thst she was involved with something Dark and that he turned Dark and that Rumple is back but all messed up. Or Rumple is NOT messed up and is aware that Neal is now the Dark One but is just pretending to still be controlled by the dagger to protect Neal. If Neal is not affected by the Dark One curse the same way Rumple was but had it affect him because he brought Rumple back using Dark Magic that means the rules of the Dark One dagger don’t apply and Neal can be killed. I am wondering if Emma actually kills Neal. If Neal goes after Henry or comes after her she would shot him. Or I could see them having Rumple kill Neal if he was trying to hurt Henry or Emma. It would be an interesting twist on the death. It would make it easier because they would HAVE to kill him if it was self defense. So that way there wouldn’t be as much guilt involved and it would be easier to deal with the whole “Neal died before Henry got his memories back” issue. Would you really want Henry to have memories of zombie attack Neal??? Of Emma kills him it would also be significant – she would be both literally and figuratively killing off the last thing that has been holding her back from moving on with her life. I think this also explains why Hook doesn’t want to tell Emma what he was up to – he is afraid that Emma will be heartbroken that Neal is now Dark – another guy who has once again let her down again, and Henry’s father can’t be there. Plus it could explain his concern at the storm cellar. What if Dark One Neal is there? Emma sees him, he seems normal, she frees him, then he turns on them and kills them.
I am actually beginning to wonder if it might not be a good idea for Emma to try TLK on Neal, esp if it’s the DO curse (which we know TLK can break) or even if he’s a flying monkey (not sure TLK works on that curse… affliction though o.O )- after he’s been killed (it’d still work even if Rumple did the deed in town), but TLK doesnt work & the love triangle is officially over once & for all, plus dead = dead. At least if TLK/ just a kiss goodbye (like Emma did with Henry) is involved, there is no way there can be any doubt as to who is the right ‘man for Emma’- even if they dont like it.
Oh, I just caught something in 3×12- Killian says to Emma after she asks what the story with the new curse is “We dont know”. He said WE, Not I- so whomever *cough-Neal-cough* it is, he must still be in contact right? It would also explain why he out of the blue refuses to talk about what went down during that year, when he has been open & to the point about everything else (ie.I doubt Killian would say, “yeah, I spent time looking for the JR, to find away back to you, then a little bird was sent by your ex’s, father’s girlfriend or ex, who is now 1/2 a DO or a flying monkey man, because he used dark magic to try bring his father back & to get back to you & Henry, so I gave up my ship to get back to you, rescue you from marrying a flying monkey man & to save your family”). If he really didnt know who sent the letter & memory potion, he would surely have said “I dont know”.

I wanted to post this before. The CS theme from The Tower. It’s still the most beautiful piece of music I’ve heard on this show. Everything Mark Isham does for OUAT and Wonderland is golden, but the CS theme, omg — I need the 3rd volume of the soundtrack. Only for this and to finally know, what the heck is it really called?
Am I the only one nervous about the possible death this episode? I saw people discussing it in general spoilers and how if it was going to happen they would have explicitly called out a major character death and that it was too obvious anyway. I am just very ready for this spoiler to be resolved.
