ParticipantI can just imagine Hook giving Emma doggie like kisses, while wagging his booty at the same time LOL

ParticipantThere’s also this one too!
And if anyone’s ever watched the SyFy miniseries, Tin Man DG and the Tin Man had some undeniable chemistry too.
I get the parallel too. Dogs are loyal and Killian is loyal. He has amazing devotion and I don’t think Emma’s doubt his love for her. She knows it is deep and unending. And that’s really beautiful because his love is exactly the kind of love Emma needs in her life.

ParticipantToto (and dogs) are braver and more honest than mere people, too (wink) No second thoughts, they just DO IT from the heart.
It would be no shame at all to be associated with a feisty, loyal, dog. He was the one constant for Dorothy throughout her whole Adventure.
La la laaaa

In addition to the bean symbolizing his acceptance of her promise to let him be a part of something, you forgot to mention something else important. The last time he had possession of a bean was when? 2.09, where he had the “dried up, dead, useless” bean that Anton kept, and which he directly compares to Emma. It was “once magical, full of hope, possibilities,” meaning both her and their potential relationship, but her betrayal caused the one to be broken (and for herself, it was Neal’s betrayal that destroyed her ability to trust herself and thus influenced her decision to double-cross Hook).
But then, after Emma and Snow have beaten him and Cora into the portal, what happens? Jones takes that same bean and restores its magic and potential in the waters of Lake Nostos. So many people have pointed out the symbolic connection to Captain Swan in this act; Killian Jones, by his tender care and constant efforts to encourage Emma (“perhaps it’s time to do a bit of gardening”) restores her ability to believe in herself, give back her ability to see herself as worth loving and believing in, and soon, he will heal her heart completely when she finally accepts his love for her and hers for him.
THIS! I have been thinking about this in my head but just word it out well and scared my thoughts would be ignored XD.. So glad I’m not the only one who saw the bean symbolism.. :)))

ParticipantYay! The forums are working again! I wanted to post this before. The CS theme from The Tower. It’s still the most beautiful piece of music I’ve heard on this show. Everything Mark Isham does for OUAT and Wonderland is golden, but the CS theme, omg — I need the 3rd volume of the soundtrack. Only for this and to finally know, what the heck is it really called?
Love how we have birds in our theme! It’s just a soulful, hopeful tune- I cant wait to find out what it called either.
Thanks for the share 😀

Many of us have been saying the exact same things since it happened way back in S2, so you are not alone in your thoughts there 🙂
I just hadnt equated the bean to a ring before, but the way its handled & passed backward & forwards between Emma & Killian is very much like one 😉
