Unless and/or until I hear it directly from Adam or Eddie, I am sticking with Neal=Peter Pan.
It’s all in the way K&H say things – their exact words.
What they say can be so easily misinterpreted. Not only that, but they do love to play with technicalities. So for example, the stuff about Greg not lying to Emma because he expected to see something unusual. Or that Regina did not force herself on Graham. Those were explanations after the show aired, but if that is how they think when answering prospective questions then they may not lie but perhaps they don’t mind being really misleading.

If Tamara isn’t anyone magical whatsoever then…I’m stumped. People have suggested a giant corporation that’s trying to hunt down magic and that’s starting to sound like a plausible theory.
Perhaps the giant corporation will have been founded by a guy named …..Walt. 😆

ParticipantMaybe the twist is there never was a “peter pan.” Perhaps all the lost boys were just like that, without a leader until Hook took them under his wing as part of his crew.

ParticipantWhat if they originally meant to make him Peter Pan too, but are changing that part now that too many fans are expecting it? They mentioned they thought about that with Bae = Henry father, but kept on, but maybe this time they decided to change midstream.
I actually like having a story unfold with clues that lead somewhere instead of things that just drop out of nowhere for no other reason than to make sure no one could possibly have anticipated the twist.

ParticipantSnow looked at Emma, as she wiped pie off her face. “We should have known better than to come here again.”
“Apparently, the mad hatter is still mad.” Emma commented dryly.
“We’re all a little mad,” Jefferson replied. “Especially him….” He threw a pie at an empty chair, and it slid down revealing a grin and nothing else.

Interesting!!
In Secret of the Wings we also discover that Tinker Bell has a twin sister, that was born of the same child's laugh
I am really interested in seeing what H & K are going to do with the Tinker Bell story!I kind of think they won’t play off Disney Fairies franchise mythology because it is too new or not well known enough by the average person, so will stick to creating their own OUAT twist on the common lore developed by Barrie/Disneys Peter Pan movie.

ParticipantWell the new Once Wonderland is supposed to start filming right after…that’s a little something?

Neal (Michael Raymond-James) has been to Neverland, but does that necessarily make him Peter Pan?
Kitsis: It does not!
Horowitz: Twitter is making an assumption. We can’t answer questions based on assumptionshttp://www.tvguide.com/News/Once-Upon-Time-Lightning-Round-Spoilers-Horowitz-Kitsis-1062715.aspx
A great example of how H&K play with words to avoid actually answering the underlying question. One said they can’t answer questions based on assumptions, and the other played off “necessarily”. The fact that anyone posts on this board does not necessarily mean they watch this show but….it probably is a safe assumption to make.

Participant“Follow me to my house everyone,” Jefferson said. “I have the unbirthday party tea all set up. A very merry unbirthday to you, and you and you, but not,” he paused and looked at Emma, “You.”

This isn’t about Regina, Rumple, Emma, Blue Fairy or any other known magic user, I’m talking about an outsider coming inside the bubble and somehow manage to master the usage of magic like the aforementiones ones. Who knows how much of a problem that might create in a world not prepared to deal with magic; for them to leave safely, the bubble that allows the wielding of magic inside SB’s town limits would have to cease to exist, a situation “Welcome to Storybrooke” kind of alluded is not possible.
Regina and Gold might not care, but the heroes ought to care. But it could be a plot hole that gets hand waved, oh no one ever found the town…etc. since it is not a problem for the main characters personally if they escape to another land.
