This is a really good one!!!! I’m putting this here because it does give out spoilers. Interesting stuff. Still can't figure out if they are confirming or dispelling Bae being Peter Pan.
Thanks for posting! Based on the comments below of the transcript (haven’t had a chance to listen yet) the fact that they paused on the age of Peter and then said “however old he is” makes me think they really wanted to say 14 but couldn't as that would clearly show it was Bae. Holding out hope for the theory to be right even though we probably won't get confirmation next week.

MysteryKat25ParticipantAgreed about the list of older fairy tale characters but I can’t see Blue hating magic – dark magic sure but would she give the order to wipe out all of SB including her friends?
Her magic supposedly comes from a good place and grants the deepest desires of good people. Not sure I can see that happening even though she does come across as shifty sometimes. I think we just need Blue Fairy backstory to clear all of that up. They must be holding it for something good / important that relates to a present day thing we just haven’t gotten to yet. Perhaps relating to the book.

MysteryKat25ParticipantWell hmm. Bae said that he “should be a couple of hundred years old” had he not stopped somewhere in between like Neverland. He was born a couple centuries ago, travelled through TIME and space, landing in OtherLondon in the early 1900s, then going to NL where he presumably stayed til he decided to come to our world around 1991.
So hypothetically it still works. Cause by birthdate to now, he “should” be older, but he didn’t necessarily *spend* that same amount of time anywhere. He made a couple of stops along the way and apparently time-jumped pretty far, begging the question why did the portal send him to OtherLondon (and would it have done so if Rumple was still with him? If so, why would that destination have been in play?)
But this is a timeline issue so I think in answer to the timelines, everything still works, just sounds funny.

MysteryKat25ParticipantThe only character who has been around for a long time, knows a lot of stuff, and hates magic is someone we can definitely rule out though cause it’s clearly not Bae – though he may have accidentally caused it to be started years ago. =/ Who does that leave?

I think Bae does that tailsman (Wrath) mark to himself in order to get to NL and by doing that the exchanges his soul for the Prince. ❓
OH. That’s interesting. His soul gets to NL but his body remains in EF. Hmmmmmmmmmm. And if the shadow is Bae's “spirit” “shadow” “something else” it's a parallel. I do love me some parallels.
Ooo I like that!!! It would also give the good guys hope if his shadow form is somehow able to connect with any of them (think of how much trouble poor Phillip had getting people to stop trying to kill him – though perhaps Hook would be familiar with what it is and be able to offer some assistance and/or the shadow would get through to either Rumple, Emma, or Henry (if they find him though that could be a cliffhanger…) though Emma may be pretty broken down by this point and have more trouble than usual believing anything good though she could use some hope and it would be a way of letting her/them know he's still out there somewhere. She wasn't really privvy to a lot of the MAP stuff regarding finding Phillip and saving him or what Cora said so they may have to rely on Hook and Rumple's knowledge here – Rumple may know something since he knows how to sic a wraith onto people but not sure he's ever really cared too much about fixing it after the fact.

MysteryKat25ParticipantInteresting ideas RG & HappyEndings! And I agree RG, that would make more sense right now and save a lot of time.

MysteryKat25ParticipantI agree, though it can’t be too early in the season as there should be lots of other stuff to tie up from the finale as well and I’d hate to start off S3 with something so blah.

I am really curious to see how MAP finds Neal. I'm assuming Philip is already with them because it's only 42 mins and they have so much to cover already. I'm assuming MAP are going to help Neal get back to SB, or at least try, but of course they won't be able to if SB is no longer there. But if everyone gets to the EF after Emma saves them…………..someone cold tell Neal that everyone went to NL
Ok. Lost my train of thought and went on a tangent.
Don’t worry RG, happens to the best of us.
I think what I meant wasn’t necessarily for this episode, parts of it anyway, but that might ultimately fill in the gaps (I doubt we’ll get all of the Bae in Neverland story in one fail swoop anyway!). Hmm, now I’m messing up timelines in my head too, ugh! I was going to say…Phillip may already be awake but it happens at the same time that something happens in Neverland, but I guess it wouldn't be because of Bae conquering the shadow thing cause that was way past and Phillip is present, BUT if wraithy souls still GO to Neverland, then perhaps something that happens there at some point wakes him up here? If our heroes aren't getting there til the end of the ep or are on their way there and Phillip is seen awake then I have no clue how he gets woken back up. I feel like something would have to happen *wherever the soul goes* in order for that to happen. UNLESS NealFire is able to help them somehow from his end in the EF which begs the major question of HOW?? Now I'm running in circles on a tangent! yikes, I have no idea how ANY of this makes sense but something has to relate to something if that's where the souls go right? So how do we save Phillip before our heroes get to Neverland? OR – that picture of everybody walking around….that was probably between takes….perhaps they needed him back for something else, even just to lay there? I'm not sure how we can't wrap up the MAP stuff soon though cause a) end of season so wrapping back around to the start and b) the actors are busy people for next season too I think – although pilots may not get picked up etc, though we DO still need MAP / Mal backstory filled in too, especially Mal stuff….now I'm confused!

I think many fans would be upset if they didn’t give Tamara some sort of story, not because she’s a liked character (I think she might be the first one that everyone just *hates*) but because they need to understand why she does what she does. We know why Greg is doing this.
Agreed, I just hope whatever episode we see of her isn’t too character-centric. At least with the one involving her potential parents it was part them and then part RumBelle. I don’t think I could handle a Tamara-heavy episode. It was bad enough to mash her flashback stuff with August (remind me not to be too thrilled about a long lost character returning for a centric ep :S)
Keeper of Hook's Trenchcoat.
MysteryKat25ParticipantOh man, I hope that’s not her price! Emma has GOOD magic from a good place. She’s not like the others. Blue Fairy doesn’t have a price for doing good magic does she? Maybe only dark / selfish magic has a price? Although Rumple does like to say that “all magic comes with a price” but to him fairies don’t really count for much so…hmm. =/
Something just came to me from one of the promos: we see Henry ask about Regina and the look on Emma's face certainly isn't good, but it doesn't appear like the walls are caving in around them or shaking at this point – does Regina actually succeed? We know she gets on the Jolly Roger later and I'm not sure how SB can be destroyed if everybody has leisurely time to hang out on the docks and board the ship, and it also doesn't explain how we get from Emma looking like she's going to have to tell Henry that Regina didn't make it, to her being on the ship with everyone else. Then there's the whole kidnapping thing to fit in there too…this timeline is getting confusing!
