ParticipantDid everyone notice how Rumple kissed Malcolm in the moment right before they both disappeared? Just wanted to make sure no one missed that, because I don’t wanna be suffering suffering with the angst of that on my own. I wonder if that was a random (genius) acting choice by Bobby, or something that was actually scripted? If it was scripted, I have to wonder if it might have some significance for Rumple’s fate. Even in that moment where he was murdering his father, there was still love and forgiveness there in some measure.

ParticipantSo a year latter and David sends Hook to get Emma to help save them again. The potion I take it that Hook gives Emma is her memories back. Perhaps Regina makes the potion to give to Hook. Since Tink used the fairy dust I don’t know how Hook gets back to NY or perhaps this is when the Red Slippers come in?
Now I have an image of Hook having to wear the ruby slippers to get back to our world! LOL At least they’d match his vest. 😉
I think the “curse” breaks in 312 and the SB stuff is actually 313.
Why is Belle asking who cursed them, though? If the Curse breaks, and they go back to SB, shouldn’t they also get their memories back, which means that Belle has no need to ask who cursed them?
The pics with Hook and the rest are probably flash backs of the past year.
Yep, because we see Snow saying that they’re back, and then we see Hook in NYC a year later.

ParticipantI’ve seen in places that Charlie’s Girl was playing when Neal decided to not go after Emma, and playing when Hook came for Emma, and that proves that CS is TL.
WUT? How does that logic work? LOL The fact that we’ve now seen both Neal and Emma, listening to that particular song, when they’re in NYC, suggests a connection between Emma and Neal to me. It’s got nothing to do with Hook.

ParticipantThe scene of Emma and the dreamcatcher in the window? Yep, that’s a Manhattan scene.
Someone said something interesting in chat. I don’t know who it was so if you post here, take credit. We know that Adam has said that Neal did not turn Emma in. This person said what if it was the Darling Brothers? So I got to thinking. What if they were tagging and watching Emma, since they knew about the baby and her life? What if they knew what Emma was doing and thought that was a way to get her away from Neal.
Oh, I’ve thought that for ages. I reckon Pan knew the approx time when his great-grandson would be conceived, and sent his minions to split up SF at just the right time, to make the kid easier to get at.

ParticipantEmma’s gotta have a talisman. Something that will trigger her identity
She has the car with her, right?So..other objects that are of value to Emma Swan:
–The Swan Pendant (Manhattan never happened so she still has it) (so that might be out)
She has to have the Bug because they were physically in it as they drove away from SB. She did not physically have the swan pendant as she drove away, and the scene of her in her pjs at the end, it looked like she was only wearing the other, ring pendant, (I know the swan was on a longer chain, but I just thought it interesting that they went to the trouble of showing that she was definitely still wearing the ring pendant, though we couldn’t see the swan). Assuming Neal had it on his person, (headcanon: it was in his coat pocket and he had it in his hand when the Curse hit and took them all away), could he still have it with him in FTL? And if they can get that thing to cross realms, could that be a talisman trigger of some sort for her?

ParticipantYES again! Neal probably still thinks that Emma would never forgive him again. Ugh! The pain! The feels! The love Neal has for Emma is so great if he just wants Emma to be happy, even if it’s not with him!
That’s how you write endgame OTP angst, folks. 😉
In this new version of our world, where SB doesn’t exist (though the promo suggests otherwise and there IS some version of it?), the original Curse “never happened”, so in that new “reality”, the reason that Neal left her, no longer exists. Right? So even if Neal did go back to try and convince her now…what could he even tell her? There’s no way he could explain how he let her go because of the Curse and try to get her on side enough to forgive him and be willing to listen to him because he had a good reason for it…if that Curse isn’t even a thing any more.
They’ve torn SF up so comprehensively, it just makes me even more confident that they’ll eventually be reunited. Keep throwing outrageous obstacles in their way. The harder it is, the more rewarding it will be when they finally overcome.

ParticipantWOOT, WWW!!!
Considering how 311 ended, I’m so confused about all the SB stuff in the promo.

ParticipantSNEAKY FAIRY LIVES!! Knew she would!

ParticipantRumple’s not dead. Nope. Can’t be.
I currently have no more coherent thoughts on the matter because everything about that scene where he stabbed his father left me pretty much completely wrecked.

Participanthe ONE PERSON, the ONLY PERSON, in FT land right now that Emma will know right off the bat is Neal. He’s still Henry’s father and their past history is still her history too,
and…
I just realized that with Emma having false memories it means she doesn’t remember 1) meeting Neal again in 2×14 so she should still have the swan pendant 2) she probably still thinks Neal left her for no good reason
And THIS is why Hook is the one who was sent back to find Emma. Because if she still has all her anti-Neal-feels, there’s no way he’d ever be able to get through to her.
