So what if the WWW/WWE used the shoes instead of Dorothy and came to the Land Without Magic whatever we calculated as x years before curse, and was living in NYC? So this new villain comes to SB from outside its borders, but from within the real world.
I’ve been wondering something similar, if the NYC stuff might tie into her coming to town. How about this though…
Dorothy is still the one who came to our world with the shoes, and Rebecca’s character, (I’m all but convinced she’s WWW at the moment), has found a way to come here as well, to get the shoes back. Traditionally, they’re considered to be an heirloom of WWW’s family, because they’d belonged to her sister, WWE. Maybe that green pendant belonged to her sister too, (if they’re gonna go the route of Theodora/Evanora from Great and Powerful, like TheWatcher mentioned, the red coat could be a match to the movie). Or maybe they’re just important because they’re particular magical objects, without the need of the family connection, but what I’m thinking is that she needs to collect these certain items together, in order to achieve absolute power, (perhaps Glinda gave Dorothy the shoes for that reason, knowing that she’d take them out of Oz and out of WWW’s grasp). Maybe this history she has with Regina involves Regina having another item she also needs. (I’d love to say that she needs Blue’s wand, and that Blue’s connected to that family somehow, but they’ve hinted that it’s Regina who Rebecca’s character has the connection to.)
The “Witch Hunt” ep could be WWW hunting down Regina in present day, and vice versa in flashbacks.
[adrotate group="5"]I’m still hoping Felix won’t die. The 310 death is supposed to have a funeral, Felix wouldn’t get a funeral which makes me think that the death is somebody else.
See, I can see Henry (the real Henry once he gets back into his body) wanting to have a funeral for Felix, feeling sorry for him. After all, Felix was just a boy once, right?
Did we ever get confirmation that the scene at the church was actually a funeral? I know there were also graveyard scenes, so we sorta put two and two together and came up with full on funeral. Did we ever find out how many actors were shooting the graveyard scene though? Weren’t Tink and Snow confirmed, but not necessarily anyone else? I know we had a pic of MRJ actually inside the church. I’m just wondering if there’s some showdown between Pan and Blue, which is why they’re in a church, during which Felix ends up dying, and then Tink wants him buried, and Snow supports her in the decision, so he gets buried, but there isn’t necessarily a funeral. Perhaps?
Would Felix really count as a beloved character though?
We don’t know how accurate the “beloved” description was, but Parker Croft has been reasonably popular with fans.
VCF might have deleted the tweet, but searching their @ replies, there are a few that look like they were probably in response to the rumoured deleted tweet. So I’m gonna guess he did actually tweet it then delete it.

Though if that rumoured deleted tweet from VCF actually happened, then perhaps they have actually acquired the rights to use the actual ruby slippers in their story? How much would that cost though? Maybe she was just wearing random, red shoes, and the actual magical slippers will end up being different? Or maybe the tweet never actually happened and so we shouldn’t put stock in it?
(warning to any easily offended, I’m not sure WHY they went with that picture from goodness knows what to promote OUAT with for the actress so you’ve been warned not to be too shocked!)
Why do women ever dress like that? Seriously, the doopy cleavage look is just not a good look.
Did he actually say “ruby slippers” or did he just say slippers? Because saying “slippers” is perfectly legal. It’s adding the color part that MGM would probably frown upon.

He was saying all the things he wanted to hear from his father, but then at the end, he knows when Alice talks about meeting someone cruel and horrible, she’s talking about him. He might have bonded with Alice in that moment, but then later on when her father does actually talk to Alice and says he won’t ask for her forgiveness as he doesn’t deserve it, that must have twisted the jealousy in Jafar’s heart some more! The Sultan would never say that to Jafar, would never love him so much as Alice’s father in the end did love her.
That emotional father/child stuff was all done so well. That’s what you get when you give an ep to Jane to write it!
And if she has a history with Regina, then she may have a history with Cora and Cora has a history with Eva and Eva sounds like Evanora and Eva had ruby slippers and Evanora will eventually have ruby slippers… So boom >>
I could see there being an Eva connection to the Oz story, but more because of her other shoes, rather than her red shoes. The red shoes might have been dropping a hint, but I think that Eva actually referring to her ruined shoes as “slippers” could be a bigger hint. We dunno if they could show the actual ruby slippers for legal reasons. I know we’ve had Neal mention them, but that term was probably used because it was a quick reference that people would automatically get. I know there’s been some speculation that maybe Bae went to Oz at some point, but I don’t think so. I think he threw the “ruby slippers” out there because it’s something he’d seen in the movie, (we did have him mentioning movies to Mulan).
So maybe Eva’s related to the Oz witches, or maybe she had the magical slippers for some other reason, but either way, I think they could build on those shoe hints. Sure, casual viewers wouldn’t remember them, but that’s easy fixed with a shot in the “previously on OUAT” clip to refresh their memories, so it’d make sense to casual viewers, and us freaks can totally geek out over it, and everyone’s happy.
We are forgetting the whole Dark One theory about the witch.
I dunno, I kinda feel like the whole Dark One curse is gonna dissipate by the end of 311 and they’ll wrap up that storyline. Rumple’s using the dagger to stab Pan, who loses his powers and reverts to looking like Malcolm, and Belle’s supposed to fall down crying at some point, so I’m not sure how it’ll all play out, but I think the Dark One is gonna be over and done with in some way.
Maybe Pan gets the dagger and stabs Rumple, then Pan becomes the Dark One. Belle’s tears cure Rumple, and then he stabs Pan. But maybe Rumple’s now immune to the Dark One curse because he’s been cured of it once before, and so the curse has nowhere to go, and so it goes *poof*.
I get the feeling that this new evil power will be something/one totally new.
I do think Pan may use Felix as a scapegoat in order to stay undetected for longer.
I think Pan may end up killing Felix. The one person who remained loyal to him, but there will come a moment when Felix will be more beneficial to his grand plan if he dies, and of course Felix would never imagine that Pan of all people would hurt him in any way, so it’d make for a dramatic way for him to die, and would make Pan look as horrible as possible, which will make people cheer that little bit extra when Rumple stabs him dead.
Sidenote: this is completely, utterly crackpot, so much so that I’ve been sitting on it for about a week but figured it was too wacky to post, but what the hell, on the 0.00001% chance that it’ll happen, Felix is Pan’s father. I dunno how or when he’d have got to NL, but it could explain their closeness, and why Felix doesn’t dance to the Lost Boy music, and it’d fill one of those two places on Henry’s family tree we’re supposed to be getting. And I’m mentioning it now, because when I was thinking about Pan killing him, I imagined Pan looking at him and being all, “Sorry, father,” right before he dies, and the whole audience being all, “O______O!!!111!1!!!”, so I just had to get the crackpot theory outta my system. 😛
If she is supposed to have green skin, then I’d wager she doesn’t have it NOW because of how magic works differently in SB.
FWIW, that green pendant I’ve been a bit fixated on, when it was broken, Evanora changed from being beautiful into a hag. So if they’re stealing the idea of that pendant, and twisting it up by giving it to WWW instead, perhaps wearing it will keep her looking non-green. Maybe it’s green because it’s containing all her green, (only half joking).
