ParticipantAs of Saturday, it looks like Mulan is still in NYC because NYC is colder than Vancouver at present and had snow
Yeah, she tweeted about having eaten in Korea Town in NYC right before tweeting that pic. Hope she does end up in Vancouver for 313 shooting at some point, because it’d be weird if we see Robin in present day and Mulan isn’t there.

ParticipantMaybe he gets arrested because he was wearing a hook, which would be considered a weapon by most policemen/women.
Nup, he’s got the fake hand in the park scene, no hook. He and Emma are standing around talking and he’s got the little bottle, and the pics of him being arrested must come right after that.

ParticipantAlso, The Wiz isn’t the only film version of The Wizard of Oz to feature an African American portrayal of Dorothy. The Muppet Wizard of Oz, also produced by Disney, also features an African American Dorothy, played by Ashanti.
Interesting, because I’ll bet when Kitswitz were coming up with their own Oz ideas, they checked out what other people have done before, and with that having been a Disney production, perhaps they might have decided to borrow the idea. Hmmmm.

ParticipantThe other day I randomly speculated that maybe he deliberately gets himself arrested to be able to get inside the police station for some reason, either to access something that was in there, or to make contact with Neal, to go along with the speculation that maybe he gets arrested over Tamara’s disappearance. So it makes me laugh that now we know he DOES actually get arrested.

ParticipantOr perhaps the other witch could be Maleficent coming after them after the Knave stole the looking glass in OuaTiW?
Could be. Though I dunno that she cared enough about the looking glass to actually chase after it. I think it was sorta like with Regina and the Curse, and Maleficent was all, “This thing would be dangerous in your hands, so I’m gonna keep it safe.” So her wanting the looking glass back was more because she knew that no good would come of it if some mortal was running around playing with it.
HappyEndings and I were discussing this but if MAP are back and maybe Mal, then it could be the story of how SleepingWarrior got Philip back into his body and away from the Wraith in a flashback. And present day could be MAP and RH having to deal with a new witch: Regina.
I posted this question the other day as well, but would the Wraith still be out for Regina if she ended up back in FTL? Maybe the Wraith is the one hunting a witch in present day.

ParticipantThis one has Robin, and Philora, and probably Mulan too even though Jamie hasn’t tweeted about going to Vancouver yet. So with the speculation that Regina ended up in FTL, I think she’s most likely the witch in the title. Though if it’s more of a Robin centric as opposed to a Regina centric, (she’ll have already had 2 centrics by this point of the season), perhaps there’ll be flashbacks to him having dealt with another witch, (maybe an Oz witch) in the past, to parallel with him interacting with Regina in present day?

ParticipantYep, there’s a reason why the theme is repeated in multiple love stories: because it makes for a great love story!

ParticipantIt’s some of the crackiest crack I’ve ever cooked up, so you’d best believe that I’ll be happy dancing if it ends up being true. 😆

ParticipantLove the manips, Lauren! 🙂
I think she is starting to realize that he went through so much more than he ever let on, and that he is so much more heroic and good than she ever thought. He never tried to use his past as an excuse or to justify what he did. He doesn’t try to take credit for things, let alone things he didn’t really do. He apologizes for his mistakes. All the good things she ever saw in him are still there, but she now has reasons to second guess the bad things she imagined he must be like to have left her the way he did. Right now, all she can handle really is making sure they get Henry back, but she is seeing him in a new light, and she cannot stop looking!
YES!! And the fact that little moments like this are even in the show causes me to keep the faith that they’re sticking to the story they always wanted to tell, because Emma couldn’t be seeing him in this new light if she hadn’t seen him in the old light, both are necessary parts of the over all story they’re telling for these two. And if she loved the original version of him that she knew, and now she’s realising all these new things about him, how can that not have the affect of building on the love she previously had for him.

ParticipantSeparating them instead of writing for them
If there’s a storyline where they’re separated, they ARE writing for them. They’ve been writing for them this season, any time Rumple had a vision of Belle, whether it was real her or the Shadow impersonating her, they were still writing about the depth of love that Rumple has for her. When they showed Belle in SB, a big part of that was about her love for Rumple. They’ve still been writing Rumbelle storyline, even though they’re separated in different worlds. Sure, fans of any couple want to see them together, but it’s the time a couple spends apart, the struggles they have to go through, THAT is where the story suited to TV drama is. In another post you said…
I’m actually tremendously excited about the thought of Rumbelle in EF, in the DC……if ONLY,lol.
It would be like a fresh start, it would be their HOME, that they made together. They could read to each other by the fire, take long walks in the forest, go skinny dipping in the lake……. They could have romantic dinners (at a smaller table in the kitchen, not at this hugely impersona dining room table), dance, and most of all, make love 24/7 in every bedroom. Oh, and they could spend time in Belle’s library, she reading, he making silly explosions with his magic. OH and can they PLEASE recreate the deleted SD scene already? Oh and can they spin together?…and that’s all very well and good for a Rumbelle specific fanfic, but it’d be DEAD BORING on the actual show, because the show needs to show some conflict and some situations the characters need to overcome, and happy home making doesn’t provide for that. So they put Rumbelle through the wringer on the show, because seeing couples, (and families) overcome the obstacles is what tests their love, and ultimately makes that love stronger by the time they DO get around to showing the “happily ever afters” whenever the show ends.
Also, Rumbelle don’t exist within their own little bubble, they also affect other storylines and characters, so it’s unreasonable to expect that every scene for either character will just be about them being in love with each other. I honestly don’t understand it when someone watches a show just to see one ship, or even one character, or actor, in isolation, (I know there are a few EvilRegals who swore off the show but plan to watch Save Henry, purely for the flashbacks, then they’re gonna ditch the show and talk crap about it again, and I think that’s completely pointless because if you truly love Regina and/or Lana, you should be interested in her whole story, all of her actions, and how that progresses her as an individual, and the affect she has on other characters). Watching the show with blinders on means you miss so much more wonderful storyline that’s going on, and I also think it provides a skewed interpretation of whatever character is the focus. I especially don’t understand it if someone is only interested in Rumple’s story in relation to Belle, because he’s SUCH a layered, tortured soul, and Bobby portrays him in such a masterful way that he’s one of the most compelling characters I’ve ever seen on TV.
