ParticipantI like the Tamara car wrinkle, appropriate for the car thief to get nabbed for that and additionally questioned about his fake fiance’s disappearance.
It would indeed be terribly fitting.
Greg did have family! An uncle he is told to contact. Remember, his family was from the home of “The Boss”. That’s a Springsteen reference but could also be an easter egg for the big bad of the back half.
Ooooh, nice! Especially nice now with the title for 312.

Participant“It’s not a monster, Rumple. It’s a friend, it’s part of the island. And after I do what it told me, and let you go, it will become part of me too.”

Participant“The flowers bloom at night, to soak in the starlight. That’s how the pixie dust gets its magic.”
Which doesn’t clarify if they need sunlight to actually grow first, before they’re able to soak up the starlight. If they still need sunlight to grow, then there wouldn’t be any growing these days.

ParticipantAll magic comes with a price. I’m sure there is some sort of cost if she drinks the potion.
Also, I really need some sort explanation for that outfit.
I think you just answered your own question. 😛

ParticipantBecause “family means being together”–Emma Swan, 308
Except Snow and David didn’t go with Emma to save Henry at the cave?
Because they went to Dead Man’s Peak to get the water instead. They split up so Snowing got the water while the others got Henry and they can meet back at the boat and get out of NL ASAP.

ParticipantNormally I’d just suspend most of my disbelief about why no one noticed that Tamara was missing (Greg we cant get away with, he has no other family) but they made a point of giving Tamara a grandmother.
And now they’ve cast a guy who looks like he could potentially be her grandfather, (couldn’t find an actual age for him on google), and the role is someone involved in the adoption, which totally involved THO. So it wouldn’t surprise me if we do get some more Tamara-related storyline soon.
Went to check Sonequa’s Twitter, on the off chance that maybe she’s been needed to film a flashback, but nothing in the last couple of days indicates her location.
Seriously though, imagine if they take Neal in for questioning and they’re all, “When was the last time you saw Tamara?” Not like he can answer honestly. If they wanna hook him up to a lie detector, he’s officially screwed. All he could say is, “I’m not answering anything without my lawyer,” which would then mean that he’d have to depend on Rumple to get him out of trouble, which would be an important stepping stone in their reconciliation.
*shaking my fist at KFC for making me think too much about this completely crack theory* 😛

ParticipantDoes Emma actually drink from the bottle? Where did you read that?
The majority of the scene seemed to focus on Emma drinking a potion.

ParticipantAnd maybe Phee was right all along, Grandma = Dorothy.
Phee will legit fall out of her chair if that crackpot theory ends up proving true. 😆
I didn’t see this theory posted yet but what if when Neal goes back to NYC to get his things, he’s nabbed for stealing Tamara’s car (driving it back there would be a logical way for him to get around since he apparently doesn’t have a car of his own) and they also start questioning him about her disappearance which escalates things from there and requires the others to come help him out? We have no idea if that car is in both of their names or only in her name so without her being there to confirm it, they could easily nab him for stealing the car and then find out about Tamara being gone.
I was thinking before about the car, actually. If anyone who knew her had reported her missing, they’d have noticed her car was missing by now as well. So the cops would likely be watching for her car, and also watching Neal’s apartment in case he comes back.
Of course, we dunno how many people Tamara knew, and if she’d have told those people that she was leaving to go to SB to see Neal, (probably unlikely, considering what she was really going to SB for. If she told anyone anything it was probably, “Just leaving town for a few days with Neal.” Unless it was family, who is also involved in THO, who she didn’t have to keep secrets from). Either way though, whether she told anyone she was leaving town or not, if she’s been reported as missing, Neal’s the guy they’d be keeping an eye out for.
And if they wanna be realistic about it, if the cops are actively investigating Neal, watching for him, researching him to try and find him, they’re gonna discover that there’s no record of the guy having ever been born. Which could prompt some problematic questions that could end up affecting everyone from FTL.

ParticipantSo this is twice we’ve seen Hook offer a bottle to Emma. What could be in the vial? A magic potion? And why does Hook keep offering it? The look of Emma’s face in the top photo seems anxious.
The scene where she drinks it was when they were shooting outside the police station, right? But the other scene where Hook has the bottle, they’re in a park.
Playing along with the Neal’s-in-jail theory, I posted just before in that other thread that if it’s the case, they’ll need to bust him out, because if the FBI are investigating, that’s gonna lead them to SB, and no good can come from that. So perhaps the potion is something to help with that? Maybe it’s an invisibility potion, so they can get in to get Neal out? Or maybe it’s like the Drink Me potion from WL that makes you shrink?

ParticipantActually new thought: what if the Shadow is being controlled by the Blue Fairy, and the whole hourglass is an illusion made to set Malcolm/Peter Pan off on a quest to find the heart of the truest believer. Because perhaps later on, maybe in Oz, Henry is the only one who can defeat the Blue Fairy and she needs to find a way to very indirectly get rid of him?
Love it! Would be a cool twist, and it’d lead us into Oz storyline in the near future quite nicely. Blue may not even necessarily be controlling the Shadow though, they could just be buddies working together. Maybe she’s the light and Shadow is the dark and they’re just two halves of a whole.
Look at those dresses >>
Anything that can explain the excessively adorned jellyfish dress is a worthwhile theory in my book. 😛
