Plus Ursula has to be a GODDESS who grants a wish every year. How could that be if she is Regina?
Yeah, if Ursula is a goddess, then I don’t see how Regina could actually be her. She could impersonate her though. Would she have to kill the original in order to get away with that? Killing a goddess is a pretty major thing, but Lana did say her fave kill was this season, so maybe that’s what happens.
[adrotate group="5"]Could it be that the amount of belief/magic that exists affects how potent the water is, which in turn affects the condition that all of NL is in? So it wouldn’t just be the water keeping NL young all on its own, it can’t do its thing properly with the belief/magic fading.
When Liam drank it, he had one mouthful. When Charming drank it, he gulped down the entire canteen. The fact that they showed that contrast may be a hint that the water now just isn’t as strong as it once was. The magic of the spring needs rejuvenating just as much as the magic in everything else.
It was kinda sad to see Henry in that fight, and after it. They’re all cheering for him, making him feel like the fairytale hero he’s dreamed of being. Henry’s falling for Pan’s game so perfectly. Urgh, I love to hate Pan SO MUCH.
Agreed with all of that, thelonebamf. The situation Hook has ended up in will be the ultimate test of his character, and I’m really interested to see how he handles it.
There were carved mermaids in The JR’s Captain’s Cabin, in the room where Liam dies. They form the decoration in the pillars around the support of the room.
I totally noticed that and it made my crack shipper heart skip a beat. 😉 So I guess maybe he didn’t harbour such a strong dislike for mermaids back then, because you wouldn’t think they’d have the Captain’s quarters decorated with multiple mermaids if they hated them, right? Wonder if Killian redecorated that cabin at some point after some incident?
We’ve been saying for ages that Hook will have a choice, to try and be with Emma despite it hurting Nealfire, or to do the respectful thing and step back. So I LOVE that they’ve put Hook in a situation where he has to make that choice, but with the added layer of knowing the truth and the choice to tell or not. I may or may not have actually said out loud, “Thank you Pan, love your style,” and may or may not have even applauded. This will be the ultimate test of Hook’s character, and how he truly feels about Nealfire. Bae once told Hook that he’ll never change, and Hook replied that he could change, for him. Now he’s getting another chance, and I hope he takes it, and proves Bae’s statement wrong.
Also, I think Emma will discover from Rumple that his son is alive at the tail-end of 3×6. *crickets*

If Pans shadow can take any form than what can the other shadows do? is Rumpes shadow powerful as well? and where the heck is Gregs shadow??
Is it possible that VisionBelle is Rumple’s shadow, as opposed to the Shadow? We don’t know for sure yet that the Shadow is Pan’s shadow. Pan has a shadow, so if it’s his, it must be able to detach and reattach at will.

The king lied to them. A lie that turned out to be deadly to the CAPTAIN. I assume he was a really good and beloved guy to his shipmates and crew so for them, I think they felt the same thing ad Hook when they found out he was dead over a lie the king told. Its not a stretch for me to think third turn against him after that so quickly.
Yeah I can buy that they turned on the King because his lie had cost the life of their beloved Captain.
Ever since the promo pics came out, I’ve been wondering if this Navy was serving Eric’s ancestors, because the uniform had an Eric feel about the look of it.
Was hoping there might be some clue as to who they were serving, but didn’t catch anything.
Loved that they used the Pegasus, but didn’t think too deeply about it. I think they just needed some way to make the ship fly, so they went with a sail made from the feathers of a mythical beast that was a land animal but could also fly.
It is interesting though that Pegasus is related to a magical fountain, and is also a constellation, and is also associated with the Greek gods, of which Pan is one, (not necessarily on the show, but traditionally speaking).
In the thread about Nealfire’s boyhood star chart/colander in a coconut, wasn’t one of the things people thought they saw a pegasus???
Some of us were talking about the Phoenix, don’t think anyone mentioned a Pegasus. Phoenix is a shippy, SF thing, so some of us started speculating and got a bit overly excited about the possibility and fun symbolism type stuff. 😉
I’ve been wondering recently if GrandPappyStiltskin is being held prisoner in NL, so he’s top of my list.
I’ve also wondered though if Wendy is being held prisoner in NL, so she’s my other top pick.
Though I’d like to think that Pan wouldn’t lock Wendy up in a hanging cage. I know this Pan is not a nice guy, but I’m still not convinced that he’d do that to Wendy. He’d have her chained up washing dishes and mending clothes, but dunno she’d be locked in a hanging cage. If he hates his father for having favoured baby bro Rumple and has held a grudge for centuries, then dad would totally get the hanging cage treatment.
