–Emma and Co are running through the NL jungle tracking Henry
–At the same time Neal is running toward Emma and Co, without knowing it.
–Suddenly the bang into each other, very Manhattan like. They even do the whole “no..NEAL!?” “EMMA?!” thing again
I actually haven’t thought about it much, but have now decided that this would be perfection and must happen!
I do love the fluffy fanfic version! Doubt that reality will be as fluffy though. *sigh*
I can imagine Emma rushing to him and hugging him, just to make sure he’s real. Then she’ll maybe pull back and reach up to touch his face with a stunned expression and be all, “But how?! You were shot when you fell through the portal!” Then Neal can give a quick recap of MAP, and seeing her in the crystal ball, and however he ends up getting back to NL. And then they’ll tell him that Pan has Henry, (which he’s not currently aware of, so he may still not know when he gets to NL), and he’ll look terrified and determined and he’ll hold her face in his hands and look her in the eye and tell her that they’re gonna get their son back. And I’ll drown in a puddle of tears.
Wouldn’t surprise me in the least if someone got in Emma’s ear about giving the baby up. Also, I found it weird that the doctor supposedly wasn’t already aware she was giving the baby up, and his, “You know you can change your mind,” almost felt like he was testing her. Perhaps I’m being overly suspicious, but I’m feeling the urge to call shenanigans on the doctor and nurse.
It’s got bright yellow eyes, like the Yaoguai did. And we are supposed to get some Maleficent stuff on WL, aren’t we?
It would be a bit odd that Henry didn’t mention it on the day he found her, and Regina didn’t mention it either. Then again, Pilot eps are allowed to have glitches.
They did make it so Snow’s mother died on her birthday, so in a way it’d be fitting if Emma had a traumatic mother/child event happen on her birthday as well.
This was mentioned in the dialogue thread for 301 by thelonebamf, and I agreed with them because I’d noticed it too, but I’m listening to a podcast right now and someone else mentioned it as well, so I figured it was worth mentioning in the SF thread.
The way Rumple calls Emma a, “bail bonds person,” he breaks it up into very distinct syllables with a definite pause in between, and it sounds an awful lot like, “Bael bonds person.”
Person on the podcast said: When he said that she was just a bail bonds person, I thought he was gonna say she was Bael’s, like Baelfire, you are Bael’s bonds person. And I was like, that’s such a great play on words, that is genius. Because for a long time I’d assumed that Emma became a bail bonds person just because she was looking for her parents. And when he said that it was like, OH SNAP, she was looking for Neal.
I mean, they could have called her a “bounty hunter” instead, or could have given her another job entirely, but they chose to go with the label for the job that sounds similar to the name of the guy she fell in love with and searched for after he left her. Names are important on this show. Emma’s name was vital to Rumple, and when Rumple’s son found out her name, he was all, “Good name,” and now Emma’s eventual career sounds similar to Neal’s original name. Basically, clever writers are clever.

It is quite surprising that they’ve gone and confirmed his identity. I love that they have though, because YAY for theories being proven true.
As far as Charming feeling it when Snow bit the apple, I’m willing to accept that that was just a fun little twist that Regina arranged for that particular curse. She wanted to make sure Charming hurt and suffered, knowing that Snow was hurting and suffering in that same moment.
YAY for once- no pun intended we have SF questions on an interview any way I think if Neal doesn’t show up to NL before the 7 episode them he may not until the second half of the season -before you throw fish at me hear me out if it really is MRJ photobombing then I think Neal will be the force that brings the JR6 home beans portal whatever
It’s been implied that NL is just gonna be the focus of the first 11, and then they’re done with it. If so, Neal has to get there with enough time for us to see him dealing with being in NL again, and around 307 would allow 5 eps for them to do that.
