ParticipantShadow moment description: “There’s a very, very cool, very bizarre, very weird, very compelling, poignant shadow moment.”
(Emphasis is hers, not my own.)Rumbelle moment description: “It’s a glorious moment. It is beautiful, and it is scary, and it is poignant, and it’s an incredible moment for Rumple, and it sets up a lot of stuff for him for the coming arc. There’s a shocking moment in it, rather shocking moment, but it’s short lived, so not to worry.”
Starts at about the 42min mark, and the Rumbelle bit comes right after she talks about the Shadow bit: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/barbara-barnett/2013/10/01/once-upon-a-time-heart-of-the-truest-believer

ParticipantOh it’s totally like Smokey. 😆 I’m just saying, that after hearing the way Barbara described both a big Shadow moment, and also the big Rumbelle moment, it officially made me suspicious.

Participant“Your father’s a distrustful fellow.”
I’m gonna go a bit cracky here. Was just listening to that Barbara Barnett podcast where she drops some hints about 302, and it struck me that she used similar wording to describe both a big Shadow moment, and the Rumbelle moment, (in particular she used the word “poignant” for both). She also talked about Rumple having been abandoned, then momentarily freaked that she’d let a spoiler slip. And we know we’re finding out about that doll in this ep too. So for this line, I’m gonna go with the Shadow, appearing in the form of Belle, reminding Rumple of things about his father, which is how we discover where the doll comes from.
Or it could also be Hook talking to Emma about Charming. But I just had to get my crack theory out there, just in case. 😛

ParticipantAssuming there are male merfolk, I’d guess they do it like dolphins, who mate belly to belly and give birth to live young.

ParticipantSomeone posted a thing on tumblr showing how Louis and MRJ look quite similar.

They also have pics of Bobby and Jared. Two sets of grandfather/grandson where the resemblance is really evident.Phee
ParticipantWendy will definitely come into play again somehow. And the theme of motherhood will also definitely be playing a role. Traditionally, those two things go hand in hand, with Wendy becoming a mother of sorts for the Lost Boys.
The Lost Ones, the troop led by Felix, don’t seem like the types who long for a mother. But the Lost Boys who cry in the night would long for a mother. What side does PP fall on? At the moment, I’m suspecting he’s really a Lost Boy, putting on the bravado so he’s able to be the leader of the Lost Ones.
So perhaps he’s holding Wendy prisoner in NL in present day so she can mother the Lost Boys, but secretly, he actually genuinely likes having her around, because she fills an emotional void for him as well?

ParticipantHoly crap, the bit where the massive Cheshire Cat appears to be chasing Alice made me jump! 😆

ParticipantI can’t wait for all of this!!!! I know it’s a Snowing ep, but all the Rumple-y stuff is what I’m looking forward to the most.

ParticipantAs for that doll the Lost Boy gave him last week, we get the answer as to why it’s important to him (bring the tissues for this one).
I’m glad we’re gonna get some answers about that doll really quickly. Of course, the answers will probably just inspire more questions, but still, I’m glad they’re not gonna withhold the mystery of it indefinitely.
