It would be delightfully ironic if Rumple had a twin, and when they were born, his parents made a deal with some dark being that resulted in his brother being taken away. Just sayin’.

Would they be up to filming 303 yet? I know they’ve said we shouldn’t expect to see SB in the first batch of eps, but I’ve been wondering if we might still get flashbacks to Henry’s adoption in the Regina ep, and now with a shot of Granny’s and what may be a SB basket of apples…I am suspicious.
If we’re seeing MagicMirrorGenie in the middle of the forest in flashback scenes, I’ve gotta think that there’ll be something magic mirror-esque happening in NL in present day to parallel it.
The other day I posted somewhere that perhaps if the JR6 split up, they could use something magic mirror-esque to communicate with each other, and perhaps Belle is playing around with a mirror too and ends up getting patched in and that’s how the Rumbelle “reunion” happens. Now knowing we’ll likely get Magic Mirror flashbacks, that whole “reunion via mirror” theory is sounding slightly less crackpot.
Really hope we get to see Sidney in SB in this ep too, even if it’s only briefly, because the number of times fans have wondered, “So is he still locked in the hospital basement?” Would be nice to an answer to that.

Later on in the evening, Giancarlo Esposito made an appearance as the Genie. He was wearing a green-screen cgi suit, which could mean that he’s in the mirror and they only need his head for the scenes.
You just know they were totally geeking out, pretending to be in NL. 😉
Looks like an indoor set, seems to be a wall in the background.
We do know that Rumple’s been there before or has some connection to it- Adam and Eddy stated as much. But I suppose Regina *could* have been before- perhaps through Jefferson’s hat. I guess we will have to see.
With Regina’s mention of mermaids, and mermaids being in NL, that’s sorta the go to connection, though I dunno about that, because if there’s some annoying mermaid in NL, why doesn’t Regina just stay put in FTL so she doesn’t have to deal with the mermaid? But instead we see her going to Rumple for help.
If Regina’s been to NL before, I think it may have something to do with acquiring the failsafe diamond. It was something she seemed to have included in the Curse of her own doing, but its purpose was to basically destroy everyone else and isolate Henry, and isolating Henry is what PP wanted, so I think the failsafe has to connect back to him somehow, which means Regina got it from NL somehow.
Was not expecting a script tease this early!
If there was any doubt as to who the ep title refers to, this should clarify it. The kid doesn’t even know that his family know he was kidnapped through a portal, but he still has blind faith that they’re gonna find him.
