Soooo, green = NL present? The question did ask “present day NL”, but just answering “present” could include present FTL too? I reckon the “depends” confirms that red is just for dialogue, doesn’t matter what world it’s being said in.

Even if that casting call was bogus, I’d imagine them wanting someone with actual red hair instead of a wig, just because I’d imagine it’d be more practical for filming stuff in and under the water?
Will be interesting to see how Belle and RH relate to each other in SB. Obviously he’s gonna remember her as the girl who set him free from Rumple, so he knows she’s a goodie. But I’m guessing word has got around town that Rumbelle are a thing, which RH would probably think she’s nuts for, so he may question her judgement if she tries to step up and take some charge in town. I do hope they end up working together though.

Dress choice is tough. I’d be inclined to go with the traditional, just because more people would recognise what it is, even if they don’t watch the show.
There was the rumoured Ariel casting call from a little while back, though that leak was never actually confirmed.
Hook showed up in ep4 after being promo’d in the same way Ariel was. If Ariel is gonna end up being Regina’s mermaid problem, she may well appear in the ep3 Regina centric which they’ll be shooting soon. They could show her part in Regina’s story in flashback, then we could end the ep in present day with Ariel seeing Regina in NL and dun, dun, duuuunnnnnn.
If Ariel’s gonna be in NL in present day, I’m not sure how they could be wandering around there for any length of time and not run into her, so even if not in ep3, I imagine she’ll still be introduced near the start of the season, which likely means that her casting is well under way, if not already a done deal.
There’s also MadHook, (Jefferson and Hook), didn’t see that on the list yet.

Tinkriel! 😆 Tink does wear green, which is the same colour as Ariel’s tail. It’s all so obvious I can’t believe we’re only just now making the connections. 😛
PS. I’ve always hated those ridiculous jellyfish dresses and hope to God they don’t stick Tink in the same design.
I’ve briefly wondered that myself, but it really sounds like textbook Tink and not like Ariel IMO. Only thing that really makes me at all suspicious is the use of Violet, because what colour clam shells does Ariel wear…
