ParticipantIf they don’t get Whale involved in this storyline somehow then it’s a seriously wasted opportunity. This stuff is right up his alley.

Edit: Don’t think that Red is from another forest, or that Snow would think of her that way.
Agreed. Red and Granny are in the Enchanted Forest, which is the heart of Snow’s kingdom. Robin Hood very specifically lives in the separate location of Sherwood Forest, so I’m pretty sure that’s what Snow was referencing.

Actually, yes, I think the creators have stated that the London of the Peter Pan stories is not the London of our world because in our world, such magic does not exist at all- in our world, Peter Pan is a fantasy book, not historical fact.
Your post reminded me that they did mention something along these lines in an interview a little while back. Buggered if I remember where the interview was though. If anyone can track it down, I’ll give you my first born.

ParticipantAh, GoldenKey, this stuff will drive us NealFirePan theorists insane over the coming week, that’s about the only thing I’m sure of right at this moment.

They’ve got some ‘splainin’ to do.
No lie, I almost wrote that exact same thing in a post just before. How freaky. 😆

Well, maybe when Neal says this world wasn’t his first stop, he’s sorta right in that the world that he is in now wasn’t the first place he came to when he came to “the land without magic”. He stopped in London (it seems) in an earlier time and then NL and then at some point came to the US several years before the curse was broken. But he could have come back several times and the only time to decided to stay was that last time. So all in all saying that our world now wasn’t his first stop could be seen as the correct “short” version of events. If he had to explain it all, then it would take a while saying how many times he went back and forth between our world and NL. I don’t know if this makes any sense but this is how it is justified in my mind.
I do like the idea that he went back and forth multiple times, being that I’ve been on the NealFirePan train for ages. But that line from Neal was like a sneaky bombshell hint direct from K&H saying, “this guy’s history isn’t straightforward, folks, he was somewhere he didn’t age” and having it worded the way they did, they basically lied if he really did initially go to a real city in our world that wouldn’t stop him from aging. They could have worded it, “Long story short, this world isn’t the only one I’ve spent time in since leaving home.” Takes the same amount of time to say, drops the same bombshell hint.

The 10 min preview (8 really) says 6 months later on it when we see Bae in London. I’m trying to work out if that’s 6 months after falling through the portal, or 6 months after something else…
Assuming this is the very first 8 minutes of the ep, I’m guessing the “previously on” will end with Bae going down the beanhole, and then this 6 months later scene comes directly after it. But there’s also a shot in the promo that appears to be him falling flat on his face, somewhere outdoors, and if you watch it frame by frame, you can clearly see his cape flying up, so perhaps that comes first?

Man, I was hoping for Ariel tho. 🙁
I’m not too bummed, because I still believe Ariel is coming in the not too distant future. I just hope that the other girl who was cast in a mystery role isn’t Ariel, because she’s only 15 if memory serves, and I’d like Ariel to be older than that. They seem to have de-aged Freya a bit to make her Wendy, because she’s 19, which is too old for Wendy.

ParticipantWhat does it say about me that I haven’t even watched The Evil Queen yet, but I still couldn’t wait to watch this clip? 😳

ParticipantI say again, if Bae came here before going to NL, that doesn’t make sense, given this:
Neal: It’s a long story. Short version, is this world wasn’t my first stop when I left home.
Does not compute.

And I thought we weren’t supposed to see Peter Pan AT ALL this season. So his “creepy yellow eyed dude” not Peter?! *it is only Sunday at 10:44, guys…*
Like Demileto suggested on page one, perhaps this is just his shadow? Perhaps in the Onciverse, they remained separate and his shadow is like the dark side of him, hence the EVIL EYES. But what would Wendy be doing flying around with Pan’s dark side instead of Pan himself?
Ah, so many questions and still a full week to go.

Are we sure she’s Wendy? Cause it didn’t look like her…
Finding a google image search result that could be compared decently to a promo screencap was ticky…sometimes it looked like a good match, sometimes they looked nothing alike. But they look pretty similar here…
