I didn’t make that connection at all, but I wasn’t watching it as a CaptainSwan shipper. That scene was ALL about the SwanFire feels for me.
Nealfire: “Don’t worry about it, you’ll figure it out. One thing I know about you, you don’t stop til you find what you’re looking for.”
Emma: *awkward half smile*What I read into that smile was her thinking, “If only you knew that I searched for you in Tallahassee for two years, and eventually felt like there was no hope left, but still, here you are sitting in front of me right now, because we were inevitably drawn back together.”
Guess it goes to show that the end of the ep was well written if it can appeal to both rival shipper camps. 😉

Agreed. Obviously he, (and everyone watching) automatically thought of Belle when Regina said that, but it’s more likely that the person will end up being Henry IMO.
I don’t think he’ll willingly give up his powers, but there will be some situation involving Henry that will force him into it. Maybe it will also somehow involve the favour he now owes Charming.

We have already seen that. The pic you linked to which includes the ep summary is posted on the first page of this thread.
Oooo, dragon! Though all the other footage in the promo seems new, I just went back to check the Maleficent scenes in Land Without Magic, and it looks like that shot from the promo is the same as the one right after Emma wakes her up. Still, even if it’s an old shot, the fact they stuck it in the promo must indicate that Maleficent will be making an appearance, right?
Kudos to those of you who have been speculating for a week or so that Tamara would be their kid, even before we knew that Marian was gonna be pregnant. Looks like a distinct possibility now!

You could see how those words sliced right through to his heart the instant she said them. Perfection! He suddenly had an understanding of Robin doing something drastic in an effort to help his child, and he chose to do the right thing and spare him.
That tongue stealing thing has to be foreshadowing right? He totally stole that idea from Ursula.

Yes, will be very interesting indeed to see what that favour will be! Bet it will have something to do with Henry.
*Emma was looking at her parents’ story in the storybook at the dock. I LOVE that she’s actively looking for and wanting to know about where she was supposed to grow up. Everyone should know where they come from and I’m glad Emma is finally searching and really wanting to know this information now. During this dock scene, she kind of looked like that lost little girl that I always feel is hiding inside her while she was looking at the book.
I like how now they’ve resolved the issue of Snow and Charming wanting different things, so it should be a no brainer for Emma to want to go back too and fully embrace who she is…but now there’s Neal’s aversion to FTL to keep it complicated. Loved the scenes he was in in this ep.

Yes, even though the stuff in SB was heartbreaking to watch, they did a brilliant job of how they showed the two storylines side by side. Even though there were some little things in the dialogue that matched up perfectly, and the overall theme of them was similar, they still took each world’s story in completely opposite directions. That’s some good writing, right there.
What do Greg and Tamara want to do with Hook??
Well I know what I’d do with Hook if I had him tied up like that. 😉 They probably have something else in mind though.

I’m starting to think that he’s probably dead, or at least very close to death, and we’ll see him die in present day. Then Greg finds him, and they have a little reunion, and then Kurt passes away while they’re hugging or something. Similar to what happened with Regina and Cora. Something like that happening would make it believable that Greg would go dark enough to willingly participate in separating Regina from her son by kidnapping him and taking him to a whole other world.
